The players are all in the huddle and it looks like Mary Earps is having to take a bit of stick from her team mates for conceding that late goal.

She is rightly frustrated at giving up the clean sheet, having barely touched the ball all evening.

    It was some strike, though.

There are a lot of positives to take from the tournament, I think being able to make so many changes on Sunday and allowing a number of players get minutes under their belt in tournament football is important.

I think they will be disappointed with the goal they conceded because clean sheets will be something they pride themselves on, they have scored goals though and there has been a number of fantastic performances.

That starting XI tonight will be pretty close to the one that will start at the World Cup, I think Lauren Hemp will be close to it, and Fran Kirby will come back as well but I think all the players who have played over this tournament have done themselves proud.

Well, a chaotic finish to a superb England performance.

They win the Arnold Clark Cup for the second year running!

What a composed finish from someone who usually plays centre-back. Leah Williamson passes the ball into the far corner with such power that there is nothing the goalkeeper can do.

    Leah Williamson (90+2 mins)

It's all got a bit ridiculous.

Not content to let Belgium have the last word England come forward again and it bounces around in the area before coming out to the captain Leah Williamson on the edge of the box.

The defender just places it in the bottom right corner for her second of the evening.

An unbelievable finish and I don't think Mary Earps would have ever got there. It has gone right in the top corner, fantastic finish!

    Elena Dhont (90+1 mins)

    WOW.

What a ridiculous finish to round off this match. Elena Dhont is about 30 yards out and just absolutely pelts her shot into the top left corner.

Nothing Mary Earps could do about that but she is LIVID.

England have won the first and second balls all night. They win the first ball and Lucy Bronze is there for an easy finish one-on-one with the goalie and she tucks it away.

    Lucy Bronze (88 mins)

A dominant victory for the Lionesses.

Good delivery from Lauren Hemp for the corner and Rachel Daly gets up but it's Lucy Bronze behind her who manages to nod home for England's fifth.

A routine finish for the experienced defender.

England will be going into the World Cup as favourites with the European Championship under their arm. The USA are in a bit of a transition at the moment and the World Cup is the first time we see them after the preiod but they will be difficult because they are always difficult.

It will be a tough test for England with the jet lag and the time difference because it all adds up and fingers crossed they can keep all of these players fit. There is still the rest of the WSL season to go as well as a couple of friendlies.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 84 mins

Julie Biesmans is coming off for Belgium and is replaced by Fran Meersman.

Biesmans actually used to play for Bristol City so that own goal is a pretty unfortunate way for her to mark her return to the area.

Kassandra Missipo is also off for Hannah Eurlings.

Sarina Wiegman has definitely had an opportunity to try out things in this tournament. This is the second time Jess Park has played in the number 10 role, and the second time Leah Williamson has moved between centre-back and defensive midfielder in a game.

Sarcastic cheers from the crowd as England's corner comes right back to goalkeeper Mary Earps, who has barely had a touch all night.

It looks like Leah Williamson has shifted up to that midfield position usually occupied by Keira Walsh and Lotte Wubben-Moy is in defence.

My heart goes out to the Belgium because she has done her best to streatch out her leg there out to block it.

The good thing is that Georgia Stanway has put the ball into a dangerous area and sometimes you just have to put the ball into a dangerous position and hope you have got someone there.

Julie Biesmans - own goal (77 mins)

    Ohhhh dear.

That is unlucky but it comes from more great work from England.

Georgia Stanway latches onto the ball from Chloe Kelly, drives forward and fizzes a ball across the box.

Julie Biesmans pokes it into the back of her own net. It's unfortunate but if she hadn't got there first Rachel Daly was right on top of her and ready to finish it herself.

It has been a long second half for Belgium who are clearly starting to tire.

A frustrating evening for the visitors who have barely got a foot on the ball all evening.
