  1. CLOSE!published at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Aberdeen 1-0 Livingston

    Off the line!

A cross from the right bobbles right across the face of the Aberdeen goal, finding Joel Nouble unmarked at the back post.

The striker curls his shot beyond Jay Gorter in the home goal but is denied by a defender on the line.

  3. Postpublished at 16:10 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Kilmarnock 1-0 Motherwell

What a start to the second half!

Firstly, Dan Casey shows brilliant pace to catch Christian Doidge as he attempts to race clear.

Straight up the other end, Jon Obika latches on to Ash Taylor's poor pass back, but goalkeeper Sam Walker thwarts the Motherwell striker.

  4. Postpublished at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirren

    Mark O'Hara should have scored.

Tony Watt chips the ball perfectly back to the Buddies captain, but the midfielder hits his volley down into the ground and it bounces wide.

He didn't strike it cleanly and he really should have hit the target, at least.

    Ross County 2-0 Dundee United

It looks like County manager Malky Mackay has asked for more of the same from his side as they keep the pressure on the visitors as the second-half gets underway.

The visitors hoping the introduction of Sadat Anaku, who comes in for Dylan Levitt off the bench, will help to turn things around as they find themselves 2-0 down in the Highlands.

  6. Doidge back onpublished at 16:08 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

The Killie medics have done a top job on Christian Doidge. The striker's back on the pitch after suffering that knock to the nose just before half time. He's been patched up and is sporting the 'tissue up the nose' look.

  7. Red card offers huge chance to Buddiespublished at 16:06 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    St Johnstone 0-0 St MIrren

    Martin Dowden

Things have livened up considerably in Perth and it's very much advantage to Stephen Robinson's visitors.

They have that man advantage, but the red card throws up yet more debate over VAR and whether the right outcome has been reached.

Daniel Phillips clearly catches Ryan Flynn with a bad one, but is there any intent? I'm not sure, but referee Craig Napier was decisive after seeing it again.

What an opportunity for St Mirren now to move up to fourth if they can get the win.

  8. KICK-OFF SECOND HALFpublished at 16:04 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

They're under way again in Dingwall, a few minutes before the other three Premiership games.

As it stands, United will want to forget this game quickly unless they can come from two behind.

Dunfermline look destined to extend their lead in the third tier given they are leading in Dumfries while Airdrieonians and Falkirk are level.

Peterhead could be narrowing the gap with Clyde to two points at the bottom.

The great Frank McDougall getting a round of applause as he takes to the pitch at the break at Pittodrie.

The former Aberdeen striker would himself have been proud of that Bojan Miovski finish that gives the home side the lead.

  13. Killie risk-taking pays offpublished at 15:55 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    HT: Kilmarnock 1-0 Motherwell

    Jane Lewis
BBC Sport Scotland at Rugby Park

Killie sent striker Christian Doidge up the tunnel with blood streaming from his nose rather than make a sub as half time approached.

Motherwell piled on the pressure with an extra man on the pitch but couldn't take advantage.

It was a bit of a risk and I can just imagine the reaction of the Killie fans had Motherwell equalised.

  14. HALF-TIME St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirrenpublished at 15:54 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

The outlook of this game changed drastically in the final throes of the first-half as Daniel Phillips had his yellow card upgraded to a red.

The St Johnstone midfielder didn't mean to catch Ryan Flynn as high as he did - he was just trying to control the ball - but it's a potential leg-breaker.

Before the final few minutes, there hadn't been many chances.

St Mirren now have a man advantage and, if they can find a goal, the Buddies could move themselves up to fourth place.

  15. HALF-TIME at Pittodriepublished at 15:52 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Aberdeen 1-0 Livingston

Boajn Miovski's great finish is the difference between the sides at Pittodrie.

It was a fairly even contest before then, but Livingston manager David Martindale has work to do during the break.

  16. HALF-TIME Ross County 2-0 Dundee Unitedpublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

The home side are well on top in this basement battle.

Eamonn Brophy profited from a horrible mix-up to shoot County in front, with Yan Dhanda adding a second goal inside the opening 15 minutes.

United centre-half Charlie Mulgrew won't want to see either of those again.

County have also hit the post twice, while United have done next to nothing.

  17. HALF-TIME Kilmarnock 1-0 Motherwellpublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

Kilmarnock go into the break in the lead in this relegation six-pointer.

Scott Robinson scrambled in the only goal after Motherwell failed to clear their lines.

The visitors are fortunate it's just 1-0. They've been second best throughout.

Blair Spittal drills a volley into the Rugby Park pitch and for a minute it looks like the ball is going to drop into the far corner, but centre-half Ash Taylor heads away.

  19. RED CARD - Daniel Phillipspublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirren

Oh that is a nasty one.

It's really unfortunate - there's no malice in it at all - but Daniel Phillips catches Ryan Flynn flush on his leg - above the ankle - as he tries to swivel the ball away from the St Mirren midfielder.

Malice or not, it's a red card for the home midfielder.
