  1. goal

GOAL: Hull City 0-3 Burnleypublished at 21:25 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Nathan Tella hat-trick (73 mins)

There's no stopping Nathan Tella as he claims his hat-trick.

And it's another clinical finish which puts the tin lid on Burnley's 10th away win of the campaign.

Tella latches on to a loose pass out of defence and like all good strikers, ignores his support and goes it alone, firing it past Karl Darlow into the bottom corner.

Make that five goals in two games.

  2. goal

GOAL: Sunderland 1-2 Sheffield Unitedpublished at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Tommy Doyle (61 mins)

    Whooosh!

That's what you call a rocket of a free-kick as Tommy Doyle strikes the ball from a set piece from distance and it goes straight into the bottom corner.

Sunderland have a right to feel a bit aggrieved as Sander Berge is clearly offside as the ball comes in and while he doesn't touch the ball he does swing for it and attempts to play it.

  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Sunderland 1-1 Sheffield United

What a stop from James Patterson.

Iliman Ndiaye gets through in a one-on-one with the Sunderland keeper who races off his line to make the save as Ndiaye's shot from a tight angle comes in.

  4. 'Hard to pick a winner'published at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Cardiff 1-1 West Brom

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium

West Brom have ground out 1-0 victories over relegation-threatened sides in their previous two matches - and for a while it seemed this game would following that pattern.

But Cardiff found an equaliser out of nowhere, with substitute Sory Kaba heading in his third goal in eight appearances since joining in January.

Josh Griffiths got a hand to the header, but was left watching on as the ball rolled inside his post.

It is hard to pick a winner now.

  5. goal

GOAL: Huddersfield Town 1-1 Norwich Citypublished at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

Grant Hanley own goal (64 mins)

Out of nothing Huddersfield are level.

Some casual play from the visitors sees Josh Koroma's long punt land straight at the feet of Martyn Waghorn.

He dinks a finish over Canaries stopper Angus Gunn, with a little inadvertent help from Norwich defender Grant Hanley.

Is this the lifeline that Neil Warnock's team needs?

  6. DISALLOWED GOAL: West Brompublished at 21:14 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Adam Reach (67 mins)

West Brom think they've instantly retaken the lead through Adam Reach who gets the ball into the net but the assistant referee has their flag raised and it's ruled out straight away for offside.

  7. goal

GOAL: Blackburn Rovers 1-1 Readingpublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Cesare Casadei (68 mins)

Yes, Blackburn will regret those missed chances.

It's an absolute stunning strike from Cesare Casadei which draws Paul Ince's men level.

The Italian sends a fine finish from all of 20 yards straight into the bottom corner.

  8. goal

GOAL: Hull City 0-2 Burnleypublished at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Nathan Tella (59 mins)

    Who else?

Nathan Tella just needs to be in the right place at the right time to meet Ian Maatsen's brilliant whipped cross and double the lead.

That's his second goal of the night and fourth goal in two games.

And that could be that for the hosts.

  9. goal

GOAL: Cardiff City 1-1 West Brompublished at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Sory Kaba (65 mins)

A vital goal for Cardiff as Sory Kaba pulls his side back level.

It's Ryan Winkle who whips a rocket of a cross into the box which Kaba gets his head onto, and even though Josh Griffiths got a hand on it the ball still went into the net.

  10. Back under waypublished at 21:06 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Sunderland 1-1 Sheffield United

The players are back out on the pitch at the Stadium of Light.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:05 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Luton Town 1-0 Bristol City

Carlton Morris is again close to making it 2-0 to himself and Luton tonight, but his header is well saved by Max O'Leary.

Are Luton going to rue missing all these chances before the end of tonight?

  12. Postpublished at 21:02 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Hull City 0-1 Burnley

Hull have started the second half with intent as they look to extend their seven-match unbeaten home league run.

Allahyar Sayyadmanesh's lofted ball into the area finds Óscar Estupinan in a good position, but he turns the ball behind.

Malcolm Ebiowei then races into the Burnley area before being denied at close range by keeper Arijanet Muric

  13. Postpublished at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Luton Town 1-0 Bristol City

Bristol City have finally had a shot at goal, so that's something.

Andreas Weimann at least gave Ethan Horvath work to do although he was sliding to the ground as he took his shot so it didn't have all that much power behind it.

Anis Mehmeti also teed up Harry Cornick for an effort but he can't keep his effort on target.

  14. CLOSE!published at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Blackburn Rovers 1-0 Reading

Ben Brereton Diaz almost doubles his personal tally and the Rovers lead.

Joe Rankin-Costello's cross finds the striker at the back post who chests it down and fires at goal, but he's denied by a fine block from Amadou Mbengue.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:58 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Cardiff City 0-1 West Brom

West Brom knocking on the door for a second goal.

Cardiff keeper Ryan Allsop keeps his side in the match with a brilliant save to deny Jed Wallace's strike from inside the box from going in.

  16. Postpublished at 20:57 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Huddersfield Town 0-1 Norwich City

The last time Huddersfield beat Norwich, almost six years ago, David Wagner was their boss.

Unfortunately for the Terriers he's sat in the opposition dug-out tonight.

It's the first time Wagner has faced his former side and if his current team wins, the Canaries will move within two points of the play-offs.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:51 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Sunderland 1-1 Sheffield United

James McAtee draws Sheffield United level right before the break at the end of an even first-half that saw Edouard Michut put Sunderland in front.

  19. goal

GOAL: Sunderland 1-1 Sheffield Unitedpublished at 20:48 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    James McAtee (45+1 mins)

Just like that Sheffield United get straight back on level terms right before half-time.

It's the man on loan from Manchester City James McAtee who draws the Blades level, after breaking into the box he curls the ball beyond Anthony Patterson into the far corner.

  20. Postpublished at 20:47 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2023

    Sunderland 1-0 Sheffield United

The clear-cut chances have dried up a bit since Sunderland took the lead, but the ball is switching from end to end constantly the last 10 minutes.
