Mason Mount thinks he's going to score a priceless Chelsea goal after gathering the ball on the turn in the area. He gets his effort away but in flies the ex-Blues defender to block and send the ball spinning away to safety.

Chelsea aren't helping themselves by giving up on set pieces this season. Terry, Cahill & even Luiz were all good for a header on target each game. Now? Zip. Boehly just buys flash wingers with no one to target. Just arrogance really & shows no understanding of the game.

It’s shaping up to be a good result for Real Madrid, but they haven’t looked particularly fluid or precise. It may get them past Chelsea, but playing like this against Manchester City will see them surgically de-boned.
