It's amazing how much freedom Elias Kachunga was allowed to run through. I looked straight down at the bench and Steven Schumacher had his head in his hands as he can't believe what he's seen.
Plymouth have a mountain to climb.
Elias Kachunga (49 mins)
Is that game over?
Plymouth make a complete hash of a throw-in in their own half and the ball falls kindly for Bolton striker Elias Kachunga, who holds his nerve to shoot across Callum Burton and into the far corner.
Wanderers have been a cut above this afternoon.

These two changes for Argyle are the obvious ones, but they might be then ones to make the difference.
Ryan Hardie has looked isolated up against Ricardo Santos so Sam Cosgrove will give Bolton's big centre-half something to think about.
Meanwhile Butcher seems like a no-brainer with Jay Matate being ineffective in the first period. He will bring a work rate to that midfield that Steve Schumacher will hope pays dividends.

Those changes are positive and I can see why Steven Schumacher's done it. Plymouth have to get more bodies forward to affect the Bolton defence. Sam Cosgrove will also be safe behind the ball.
They're good changes and I think he had no choice.
Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
And the second half begins at Wembley.
The first 45 minutes were one-sided - can Bolton maintain their level of performance or will Plymouth find a second wind?
HT: Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
Steven Schumacher is making two half-time changes to his Plymouth side - fit-again striker Sam Cosgrove and midfielder Matt Butcher are coming on for Danny Mayor and Jay Matete.
No substitutions for Bolton, as you might've expected.
HT: Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
Plymouth's players first to emerge on to the pitch after their half-time team talk.
They've only scored once at Wembley in their history - they need at least two goals in the next 45 minutes if they are to have any chance of lifting the Papa Johns Trophy today.

Kyle Dempsey has been superb for Bolton this afternoon.
A goal, and assist and a big missed chance does not do justice to the role he has played for the Trotters so far.
He has been fantastic with the ball at his feet and his running off the ball has given Bolton's midfielders time and space to pick their passes.
Already it seems this is an afternoon he will never forget.

John McGinlay
Ex-Bolton striker on BBC Radio Manchester
To a man there has been no one on the Bolton team who has not put themselves about. The energy in the team has been tremendous.
I would suggest that Plymouth will come out with a Plan B and a different intent.
The first 15 minutes of the second half will be really important because if Plymouth come out and score then it's game on.
If Bolton get the next goal then it's game over.

Steven Schumacher looks a bit shell-shocked, you can see he's frustrated - but it could have been worse.
Plymouth need to get in and have a chat about how easy it has been to be counter-attacked by Bolton.
Everything that could have gone wrong, has gone wrong for Plymouth - but they could have been three or four down.
Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
Bolton have absolutely blown League One automatic promotion contenders Plymouth away in the first half of this Papa Johns Trophy final.
They could've been four goals up but will happily settle for two - Kyle Dempsey heading them ahead before Dion Charles calm second.
Some Argyle fans boo on the half-time whistle - I reckon they'll be turning to their bench very soon.
Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
A Plymouth corner comes to nothing and a subsequent cross is overhit.
Steven Schumacher will be glad his side have stemmed the tide somewhat, but there's still a mini mountain to climb.
Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
Four minutes have been added at the end of the first half.
Plymouth finishing it the stronger.

Danny Mayor's nasty challenge on Josh Sheehan sums up Argyle's half so far.
It was a challenge born of frustration at his side's predicament here at Wembley.
Mayor and his fellow Argyle midfielders have had hardly any of the ball and created very little, and that challenge means one of the Devon side's main creators will walk a tightrope for the rest of this final.
Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
Plymouth playmaker Danny Mayor has struggled to get into this final and takes out his frustrations in the wrong kind of way - clattering into Bolton's Josh Sheehan long after the ball had gone.
The Wanderers fans wanted a red but a yellow feels about right.
Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
Elias Kachunga is struggling again for Bolton and the physio are on.
Both sets of players come to the sideline for drinks and an impromptu team-talk.
What would you be saying to them?
Bolton 2-0 Plymouth
Plymouth have had a foothold in this game for a while, but even when they're on the attack Bolton are able to break with such speed.
You have to credit Ian Evatt as his gameplan has worked to a tee.
Wanderers fans are basking in the sun, Argyle supporters are quieter in the shade - that says it all.

If Kyle Dempsey had scored when he was clean through it would have been game over.
But if Plymouth can get through to half-time, Steven Schumacher can have a few words and change things tactically.
