All times stated are UK
FULL-TIME
Watford 2-0 Stoke
Watford post a win to sign off for this miserable campaign, only a second win in the final nine.
Stoke head for the beach, and Alex Neil has some thinking to do over the summer.
FULL-TIME
Swansea 3-2 West Brom
Twice West Brom had the lead and twice they gave it away.
Baggies fans will be disappointed.
They arrived in Swansea with genuine hopes of a top six finish and a shot at promotion.
But it's all come undone on the final day.
FULL-TIME
Preston 0-3 Sunderland
They've done it!
Three superb second half goals give Sunderland the victory they needed to seal a play-off spot.
A double-header with Luton now stands in the Black Cats way of a second trip to Wembley in 12 months.
FULL-TIME
Wigan 0-0 Rotherham
Same as at half-time. Wigan are going down. Rotherham have survived.
The news is elsewhere today.
Post update
Preston 0-3 Sunderland
That full time at The Den means Sunderland will finish in the top six.
They've been superb today and, in this kind of form, you'd be brave to back against them in the play-offs.
FULL-TIME
Burnley 3-0 Cardiff
Burnley sign off their Championship campaign with three goals, three points and 101 points overall. They have been outstanding this season under Vincent Kompany.
A campaign to forget for Cardiff, but they at least have survived.
Post update
Middlesbrough 1-1 Coventry
Coventry are almost in, but the ball is whipped off the toe of Matty Godden by Tommy Smith from a yard out from a Viktor Gyokeres centre.
Brilliant defending Boro. Not over quite yet.
FULL-TIME
Millwall 3-4 Blackburn
What an afternoon of football at the Den!
Millwall had a play-off spot in their grasp, 3-1 up after 39 minutes, but they have ended up losing the match and their place in the top six.
Despite their epic comeback, Blackburn miss out on the play-offs on goal difference.
FULL-TIME
Luton 0-0 Hull City
Nothing doing in this dead rubber.
Third-placed Luton will now prepare for a play-off semi-final with Sunderland*.
*As it stands.
GOAL: Swansea 3-2 West Brom
Joel Piroe (90+3 mins)
With the final kick of the game Joel Piroe sends a fizzing free kick into the bottom left corner of the net.
A fantastic goal.
West Brom have come up short.
Post update
Preston 0-3 Sunderland
Headed into time added on and the party is well under way in the Sunderland end.
I'd expect a lot of people to be working from home in Wearside tomorrow.
They're headed for the play-offs and the fans will be headed for a night out!
INJURY TIME
Millwall 3-4 Blackburn
Who expected this score at half-time? Not me!
Belief has evaporated around the Den. We are playing more minutes of injury time.
Post update
Middlesbrough 1-1 Coventry
Actually, looking at it. Coventry can relax a bit. Goal difference will be their saviour as it stands.
However, draw and they'll avoid a Luton play-off. Lose, and they will head to Kenilworth Road.
SUBSTITUTION
Millwall 3-4 Blackburn
Daniel Ayala is sent on as Ben Brereton Diaz is withdrawn.
If this is his final contribution in a Blackburn shirt, what a performance he has turned in for his team (and Sunderland).
YELLOW CARD
Middlesbrough 1-1 Coventry
Bit of needle at the back end of this one, as Middlesbrough's Isaiah Jones and Coventry's Callum Doyle are booked for a coming together.
It's a nerve-stretching finish for those in the away end. Boro already there of course.
As it stands
#bbcefl
Despite going ahead at Millwall, Blackburn remain outside of the play-off places on goal difference.
Sunderland's position is strengthened. Millwall need to score twice. A 5-4 win would do it for the Lions.
GOAL: Huddersfield 2-0 Reading
Joseph Hungbo (84 mins)
Huddersfield have put this game to bed.
Joseph Hungbo with a stunning strike from way outside the box.
His goal is the final nail in Reading's coffin and I'm sure the Berkshire team will be happy to accept it after a truly dreadful season.
GOAL: Millwall 3-4 Blackburn
Ben Brereton Diaz (86 mins)
Blackburn have completed the comeback! But not enough for their play-off hopes as it stands.
At one end, Aynsley Pears makes a big save from Tyler Burey's cross shot before Ben Brereton Diaz leads the counter attack.
The Chile international spreads it wide to Sammie Szmodics and is unmarked at the back post to tap into an empty net.
Incredible!
Post update
Norwich 0-1 Blackpool
Applause for Teemu Pukki who has run his last race in a Norwich shirt.
The 33-year-old Finn is subbed for Abu Kamara with just a few minutes left.
Pukki had a couple of chances to score in his final game but was unable to convert and add to his tally of 10 goals this season.
Happy trails.

David Stewart: There is absolutely nothing more manic or addictive in football than the last day of the Championship.
Amen to that, David. It's not over yet...
