I have marvelled at the composure and bravery of Real Madrid and how they have sat and waited. The clinical element of this team speaks for itself.

This is a high-level game. One team controlling possession and another team waiting for their moment. They are a team of killers who can smell blood.

Anon: How has Carvajal not been booked yet? Four fouls on Grealish alone. Real Madrid really got the referees in their pockets huh!

It's been a real game to watch. Man City dominated possession but didn't create enough. Not enough shots and crosses. Erling Haaland hasn't had anything to work with.

Maybe Riyad Mahrez, if not Phil Foden in the second half. They need somebody that is going to commit in the final third and look to put the ball in the net.

Kevin de Bruyne curls it into the box early but he's overcooked it. Jack Grealish tries to get on the end of it but it's gone out of play.

Dani Carvajal comes across and gives him a big shove into the advertising boards.

Grealish isn't happy and Carvajal then goes down claiming he's been pushed back. The referee sees straight through it. Mind games.

A typical Real Madrid performance in every sense so far. They were never fazed by City's early possession and as the half has gone on, they have become more and more dangerous on the break.

Vinicius Junior tries to slide it through to Rodrygo with the outside of his boot but he put too much on it. Ederson gladly gathers it in.

What a goal that was. Eduardo Camavinga is away, he composes himself and gives it to Vinicius Junior.

He is 25 yards out and smashes it. Ederson cannot get near it and it goes into the top corner. What a goal! That was a fantastic finish, you don't save those.

They know how to win and manage games.

That's what they can do, it's Real Madrid.
