    They've both come a long way since playing regional football and are nearing their path to Wembley and promotion to League One.

    Remember, this is the third EFL play-off game of the day.

    In case you missed the earlier results, Bolton and Barnsley drew 1-1 in the first leg of their League One semi-final.

    Nicky Cadden fired the Tykes in front at the University of Bolton Stadium, but Dion Charles' equaliser meant the sides will head to Oakwell on Friday on level terms.

    Then, in the Championship play-offs Sunderland came from behind to beat Luton 2-1 at the Stadium of Light.

    Elijah Adebayo thrashed the Hatters in front but Amad Diallo curled in a beauty to level for the Black Cats before the break.

    Trai Hume then gave Sunderland a slender lead to take to Kenilworth Road on Tuesday with a bullet header.

    League Two will have a new member next season following today's National League promotion final at Wembley.

    Notts County twice came from behind against Chesterfield and took it to penalties after Ruben Rodrigues' 108th-minute equaliser.

    The Magpies won 4-3 in the shootout and capped off a season to remember with promotion to the EFL.
