Even if we win this match, Man Utd should have bitten the bullet weeks ago, and gone all out for either Kane or Osimhen, and get a couple of midfielders & defenders before next week. Maguire's refusal to go (does he not get the hint now, re not coming on?) has blocked some of the transfer ££ from happening, which is very selfish!

Fabio Vieira has made a huge difference since coming on. Just a few minutes after winning the penalty, he finds space on the left to drive in a low cross for Eddie Nketiah to finish.
It is not without controversy, though. Calvin Bassey was dragged down near his own byline by Bukayo Saka moments before the goal. He was still down when the ball from Vieira comes in and plays Nketiah on.

A lot of nerve needed from Saka before that penalty as it was delayed for a while with the VAR check and then the referee asking for the ball to be placed again on the spot. A really confident penalty.

What a couple of minutes Mark Flekken has had!
Firstly, he pulls out a top drawer save to tip over an Eberechi Eze free-kick. Then he tops that with a brilliant double stop from the corner, diving to save Jefferson Lerma's header and then Jordan Ayew's follow up from point-blank range.

Saka stays cool, though, and rolls his side level.

The second absolutely brilliant save of this second half! Everton think they've scored, James Garner picks out a cross from the right, Abdoulaye Doucoure arrives on it and heads down into the turf. The ball loops up, Jose Sa is falling back into the net but still somehow pushes it over the top.
I don't know how this is goalless - it's not dull!
