    Immediate chance for Viens!

    Nigeria 0-0 Canada

A really strong hand from the Nigeria goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie to deny Christine Sinclair a milestone goal and Canada the lead. Sinclair will have to wait.

That was a dreadful penalty from Sinclair, it has to be said. No power, and not accurate enough to find the keeper's bottom left corner.

Nnadozie did what she needed to do, and also reacted well to palm the second ball away to prevent any chance of a rebound.

Delight for Francisca Ordega too, who had her hands on her face, distraught at giving away that spot kick. It needed VAR, but it was a silly foul and a definite penalty.
