I met a Scotland fan before the game who has with him a Caroline Weir flag. No-one is as proud of the Dunfermline native reaching 100 caps as he is.
That she has added a goal too on her big night will no doubt have lit up he and the rest of her home town.

Kirsty Hanson has been relentless. She's managed to win duels in the final third more often than not. She finished the half strong and didn't give her marker a second. The fact she's at the level and the confidence she has, she has a belief she can score the goals and provide the assists.
Rachel McLauchlan has defended 1v1 situations well, but when she's won the ball back and recovered it, in those moments, Scotland haven't been able to capitalise and get that next layer into the attack.
That's it for the first 45 minutes in Tampere, with Scotland deservedly in front.
Caroline Weir slid home from close range after being found by Emma Watson to give Scotland the lead before Watson got in on the act with a delightful finish to double the visitors' advantage.
Elli Pikkujämsä got one back for Finland, but Scotland could have added to their lead with a host of chances before the break.
Pleasing signs for head coach Pedro Martinez Losa.
Finland 1-2 Scotland
Kirsty Hanson drives forward again, shifts it into her left foot and wins a corner as her shot is deflected over the bar for a corner.
Rachel McLauchlan then shoots wide when the set-piece is cleared to the edge of the box.
Finland 1-2 Scotland
Kirsty Hanson is one that certainly is keeping Finland on their toes. The winger nicks possession deep in Finnish territory and forces a sharp save out of Tinja-Riikka Korpela.

I know you're up against a good side and can't needlessly throw bodies forward, but can there be more interchange in the final third to keep Finland on their toes?
If you've got two players going beyond, they'll be wondering who picks up who, who tracks what runner.
Finland 1-2 Scotland
Erin Cuthbert got on the scoresheet the other evening, and she's very close to doing so again here.
Fiona Brown drops a shoulder and beats her marker down the left wing, and then floats an inviting cross into the danger area.
Cuthbert races on to it from deep, and her sliding effort is on target, but Tinja-Riikka Korpela gets down well to save.
Finland 1-2 Scotland
Here's a look at the two quickfire goals that put Scotland 2-0 in front, before Elli Pikkujämsä pulled one back for Finland.

Finland 1-2 Scotland
The home defence stand off Caroline Weir on the edge of the box and Scotland's captain doesn't need a second invitation to pull the trigger, but the midfielder's shot whistles just wide of the post.
I thought that was destined for the bottom corner.
Finland 1-2 Scotland
Scotland press high up the pitch, and steal possession in a promising position, but Erin Cuthbert's cross is well over Caroline Weir's head, and Finland survive.
Breathless stuff in Tampere.

Scotland dropped into a 442 out of possession and the compact shape wasn't enough. You have to stay tuned into the movement off of the ball.
It's a good finish. Lee Gibson is going to be disappointed.
She gets it on target, low and hard, and it's beyond the goalkeeper.
At 2-0, the game is comfortable, but now you've offered Finland a way back into it.
Elli Pikkujämsä
The hosts strike back.
It's a tidy move from Finland, passing through the lines with precision, and it gives Elli Pikkujämsä time to rifle a shot into the bottom corner from the edge of the box.
Lee Gibson got a hand to it but couldn't keep it out - she might want that one back, might the Glasgow City goalkeeper.

That is outstanding. Finland are absolutely rocked.
It's a lovely pass inside the pitch for her and she's a super talent, Emma Watson.
The finish matches it too. What a brilliant start from Scotland.
Emma Watson
What a finish!
Kirsty Hanson drives into the Finland box from deep, picks out Emma Watson around the penalty spot and Scotland's bright young thing spins on a sixpence before bending an inch-perfect strike beyond the despairing dive of Tinja-Riikka Korpela in the home goal.
Three goals in just four caps now for Watson - what a talent she is.

It's great work from Scotland.
Emma Watson does really well, she twists, she turns, she finds Weir.
She then slots it in under the keeper. It is a brilliant goal!
Caroline Weir
The first chance of the game brings the opening goal, and it's Caroline Weir on her 100th cap!
It's lovely play from Scotland, who play their way out of a tight spot in the left-hand corner.
Kirsty Hanson manages to find Emma Watson before she's clattered by a Finnish defender, and the former Rangers youngster picks out Weir, who provides the finish from close range.
Finland 0-0 Scotland
Still no chances of note for either side.
Sam Kerr is keeping things ticking over nicely for Scotland, but they haven't been able to keep hold of the ball once they get into the attacking third.
Finland 0-0 Scotland

From the first few stages, you can see that Emma Watson is a lone striker on her own.
It is a very different job from playing off someone on either side, as she is more used to.
You're then relying on others to be the out ball and help her.
Finland 0-0 Scotland
It's been a fairly low-key start in Tampere, as both sides play their way into the contest.
The rain means we've got a slick playing surface, which should help Scotland pop the ball about.
