The second round of group games are officially getting under way today and co-hosts New Zealand could book their place in the last 16 if they beat the Philippines.

The Philippines are one of eight debutants at the World Cup and lost 2-0 to Switzerland in their opening match so it will be crucial for them to pick up points here if they want a chance to progress.

The two teams are kicking off in Wellington Regional Stadium in around 15 minutes.
