When you're already on a yellow card in a tournament, that's not the sort of challenge you need to be making.

The US' star midfielder will miss her side's next match after that booking.

USA just keep giving the ball away. They really seem to be affected by the way that Portugal look so comfortable on the ball.

Portugal have a corner but can't create anything from it.

It's really even this, the United States don't look as scary as they once did.

Back to Eden Park and the USA fans are making plenty of noise, trying to encourage their team.

Portugal are defending so resolutely. There's no way through!

Vietnam are stepping up when there's no pressure on the ball, and not all of them do it so they play the strikers onside.

They need to drop when no pressure is there, certainly not step.

A first shot for Vietnam but Hai Linh's volley from 40 yards out doesn't trouble Dutch keeper Daphne van Domselaar.
