The Dane was just about to cock the leg when Carter nipped in.
Huge stop that.

Watford work a practiced free-kick which sees Imran Louza play short to Giorgi Chakvetadze, who stops the ball dead for the forward to curl just over.
Nice idea, not far away.
Watford 0-0 Blackburn
Ryan Andrews is clipped by Dom Hyam on his way to the Blackburn box and it's a yellow card for the defender.
Andrews stays down. Painful one. Good set-piece position this on the apex right side.

Dom Hyam slid to block the cross from Giorgi Chakvetadze with his back to the ball and it hit his arm. No penalty.
Ryan Porteous comes forward for Watford and carelessly slings a shot high and wide and Valerien Ismael storms back to his seat in anger.
Not what I pay you for, to sort of paraphrase Brian Clough.

Watford 0-0 Blackburn
Watford just seem to be able to find space in between the line that Blackburn can't.
Imran Louza pinches possession works to Yasir Asprilla and then Matheus Martins, who via deflection flashes another shot wide.
Watford 0-0 Blackburn
Harry Leonard and co must feel like castaways at present, utterly isolated from the game for Blackburn.
That said, Blackburn counter with a run from Lewis Travis who slings in a cross which just outruns Sam Szmodics on the left.
First attack in a while.
Watford 0-0 Blackburn
Hayden Carter has been very busy. Block after block as the home side pours on pressure again.

Hayden Carter robs Vakoun Bayo but Matheus Martins swings the loose ball just over the bar with real pace.
Again, almost catching out the visitors with a superb effort.
Watford 0-0 Blackburn
Imran Louza's radar a bit off with his first touch, oversweeping the ball to touch.
Blackburn try to play out from the back, and Aynsley Pears under pressure follows suit. Throw for Watford.

Watford kick us off in the second-half.
HT: Watford 0-0 Blackburn
The rave is pumping out at Vicarage Road. Ear-splitting.
Anyway, looks like Watford schemer Imran Louza's been forgiven for his indiscretions and he'll replace Ismael Kone.
Sat: Ipswich 3-4 Leeds
Leeds United came from behind to register their first Championship win of the season and end Ipswich Town's perfect start in a seven-goal thriller at Portman Road.
They trailed early on, went 3-1 up, then 4-2, then conceded in stoppage time. A key win for the Whites.
Sat: Birmingham 2-1 Plymouth
Birmingham City substitute Jay Stansfield hit a stunning stoppage-time winner to snatch all three points against Plymouth Argyle.
The Devon side looked they had earned a deserved draw when Ryan Hardie equalised on the hour following Scott Hogan's eighth-minute opener.
Yet it was former Exeter striker Stansfield who came up with the key goal to leave Argyle stunned.
Sat: Rotherham 1-2 Leicester
Kasey McAteer curled home a superb late winner as Leicester City beat Rotherham United to continue their 100% start to the Championship season and move two points clear at the top of the table.
The academy product put the Foxes ahead, heading in past keeper Viktor Johansson at the back post after a fine run turn and cross from Kelechi Iheanacho.
A fired up Rotherham, who had an early Jordan Hugill header ruled out for a foul, swiftly drew level after the interval when Fred Onyedinma headed home.
But McAteer showed exquisite touch and composure to cut inside and earn victory with six minutes remaining.
