  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:12 British Summer Time 15 August 2023

    Servette 1-0 Rangers (agg 2-2)

    Incredible.

Rangers get their high line all wrong and winger Kutesa is away.

He carries the ball so far and decides to go on his own but it's a terrible choice.

Jack Butland makes a huge save at the near post but Kutesa simply has to square it to his team-mate in the middle.

Jose Cifuentes, easily Rangers' best player so far.

But the midfielder's long-range strike is miles over the bar.

    Oh my word!

The ball in is magnificent... I cannot believe that miss.

It's an astonishing miss, he's four yards out. The ball can just hit him and it'll go in.

Between that miss and Sam Lammers' in the first leg, Rangers could easily be through already.

    Oh my goodness me.

That is an absolute sitter of the highest order.

Jose Cifuentes picks out Danilo with an unbelievable ball off the right, but the Brazilian somehow scuffs the finish over from no more than four or five yards out.

Fantastic play from Rangers to play out under pressure and they manage to work it out wide to James Tavernier.

But the captain takes a poor touch and the ball goes out for a throw. He's better than that.

On third or fourth viewing, Dereck Kutesa has far too much space.

James Tavernier gives him plenty of room and doesn't get out quick enough.

    Dereck Kutesa

Rangers' advantage is wiped out, and it's wiped out in style.

The ball breaks out wide for Dereck Kutesa, who shapes a gorgeous finish from the left into the top-right corner.

The angle from behind the goal of that is beautiful.

The game's hit a bit of a lull but Rangers will be fine with that I reckon.

Taking the sting out of this can only be a good thing for the away side.

    It's poor.
