    Almeria 1-1 Real Madrid

Real Madrid are having loads of joy down the wings as the hosts pack the middle of the pitch.

Vicente Moreno's Almeria team already look like they are having a hard time containing their opponents as the players head to the side for a welcome drinks break.

Dani Carvajal is being given acres of space to run into down the right for Real Madrid at the minute. And he combines well with Federico Valverde to send Rodrygo down the right channel.

The Brazil sweeps a right-foot effort across goal that is just wide of the far post.

Oh wait a minute...Jude Bellingham looks like he could be offside here. And did he handle the ball as it came down to him?

Obviously not as the review is over and the goal stands.

The Englishman becomes the first player to score in each of his first two La Liga appearances for Real since Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009 ( Ronaldo scored in each of his first four).

    Two games. Two goals..

Captain Dani Carvajal cuts back a cross from the right, which Federico Valverde meets.

His header cannons against his fellow Real midfielder Jude Bellingham and bounces back into his path off home defender Chumi.

The England international doesn't miss those and simply turns and prods the ball into the right corner from eight yards or so.

    Almeria 1-0 Real Madrid

It's been pretty much all Real Madrid since that early goal for the hosts. Carlo Ancelotti's side are edging up towards 80% possession.

As I was tapping out that last post the England midfielder makes a great run into the box but sees his looping header comfortably saved by home goalie Luis Maximiano.

    Almeria 1-0 Real Madrid

It is around 32°C in Andalusia at the moment and probably a touch hotter inside the stadium. I'm not sure how many times Jude Bellingham will have experienced that so early in the season.

A couple more chances come Real's way courtesy of Aurelien Tchouameni's looping header from a corner and an off target Vinicius Jr effort.
