Thanks for joining us this afternoon and may the rest of your weekend pan out swimmingly.

We'll be back on Tuesday evening with six Championship fixtures, including the clash between table-topping Preston and fellow high-flyers Birmingham.

There's also a trio of League One fixtures and the EFL Trophy to feast upon.

    So until then!

After another hectic weekend of Championship action, Preston end it top of the tree after their narrow win over Plymouth.

The Lilywhites sit a point clear of Leicester - who briefly went top on Friday night after their impressive demolition of Southampton - and third-placed Ipswich.

It's tight at the top and it could all change after a full midweek fixture list.

A result and performance that may sound a few warning bells ringing around the Championship.

Leeds took all that Millwall threw at them and were ruthless on the break.

A near-perfect away performance and the biggest-ever margin of victory in this fixture thanks to Joel Piroe's double and Georginio Rutter's strike.

A first win at The Den in 11 years lifts Leeds up to 10th.

Plenty of work to do for Millwall who have found the net just four times in seven games this season. The attacking changes just didn't have any impact.

They drop down to 18th, below Huddersfield on goal difference.

    Done and dusted.

Last chance saloon for Millwall who throw men forward but are caught by another rapid Leeds counter-attack.

A long ball out of defence finds Dan James whose pass across the box takes a clips off the backpedalling Millwall defender into the path of Georginio Rutter.

He lashes home a finish into the top corner to score his second of the season.

That could be game over as Leeds - and Joel Piroe - double their tally.

Ethan Ampadu sets Dan James sprinting into the Millwall box.

A one-two finds its way back to James who stumbles over the chance but the ball breaks to Piroe to bag his second of the afternoon.

A second league win of the season beckons.

  9. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 74 mins

    Millwall 0-1 Leeds Utd

Leeds shout for a penalty as Luke Ayling's cross into the box strikes the arm of Murray Wallace on the edge of the box.

But definitely more a case of ball to arm than arm to ball. No dice.

Debutant Ryan Longman is the latest to leave the pitch for Millwall as he makes way for Sashiel Adom-Malaki.

The game is just drifting a little here as both sides adapt to their changes.

Leeds stopper Illan Meslier comes out to claim another long ball into the box under pressure from Tom Bradshaw.

20 minutes and bits to find a leveller.

    Millwall 0-1 Leeds Utd

Kevin Nisbet plays a dangerous ball into the six-yard box but Sam Byram flicks a head at it for a Millwall corner.

It comes to nothing and then straight down the other end Leeds are almost in.

Wilfried Gnonto puts Crysencio Summerville through, but Jake Cooper makes a superbly-timed last-ditch challenge to concede a corner.

Crysencio Summerville then makes a good direct run at the Millwall defence and looks to release Luke Ayling down the right.

But the Leeds skipper is marginally offside.

Things are bubbliing a little here.

A little late contact by Ryan Leonard on Leeds keeper Illan Meslier and his defenders are not happy.

A few pushes and shoves. Not boiling over, but definitely simmering.

  18. Postpublished at 49 mins

Wilfried Gnonto hauls back Ryan Leonard as he looks to break clear down the right.

Gary Rowett wants a yellow card. But still no card yet today shown today by Chris Kavanagh.

    Who'd have thought it?

We are back under way at the Den.

The home fans will be hoping a rousing Gary Rowett team talk does the trick after their early momentum petered out.

The travelling support will be hoping for same again - but without a repeat of Illan Meslier's dodgier moments.

No changes made by either manager.
