With Willie Kirk coming in, Sophie Howard has been able to do what she's really good at as a defender. She reads the play really well and makes up for her lack of speed with her intelligence.
She's an aggressive defender who likes to get close and doesn't like players running across her. She also sniffs danger. She's always been a very good defender but we're seeing the best of her now. It helps having a manager who's very organised, so you know your role.

Leicester City manager Wilie Kirk is ready for a tough challenge this evening as his side come up against Manchester City.
"We're prepared to face a lot of quality in a side which are physically good," Kirk said. "I think they've slightly changed and have become a little bit more direct at times, and more aggressive out of possession, and I've been impressed with them so far, but it's been difficult to fully analyse them because of the sending-offs.
"But we do know that individually and collectively they are a top team. Gareth [Taylor] is a top manager, who I have a lot of respect for. He'll always have his teams play in a certain way and at a certain level. We know they have certain styles of play so it's just about nullifying them and what they want to do so we can bring our own game to them in terms of what we do with the ball."
Leicester v Man City (17:15 BST)
Gareth Taylor says he is "not surprised" with Leicester's great start to the campaign and he has been impressed with their progress.
“I saw signs of this team performing the way they are performing last season," said Taylor.
"I saw a change. We played them early and then in the cup then Willie [Kirk] took over.
"He put energy and quality in the team and they’re a force to be reckoned with at the moment."

Aston Villa have lost nine points from winning positions in the Women's Super League this season, more than any other team.

Four WSL defeats in four will certainly give Carla Ward plenty to think about over the next week.
