The ball that Rhiannon Roberts played there is the only one she can play, running in at pace.

Someone needs to hold their run or stand still and they'll have a tap-in, everyone's just run in head down and not thought about the delivery.

Wales carve another opportunity as Carrie Jones gets in behind and picks out Ceri Holland, but her shot deflects narrowly wide.

This time Wales do put a move together as Rhiannon Roberts exchanges passes with Ffion Morgan before pulling the ball back invitingly - only to find that her team-mates had run beyond the ball,

Wales are continually getting the ball forward but they keep on running into a wall of blue shirts.

The visitors look a bit short of imagination.

It's all well and good having more of the ball and it's something we've cried out for for a long time, but if it's not going to lead to clear-cut chances, we're not going to win games.

Wales continue to control the ball - but Iceland are in control of the contest as the clock begins to tick down.

Ffion Morgan is absolutely rapid, probably the one with the most pace in the squad.

It's interesting taking Jess Fishlock off, maybe it's a physical thing, she missed that game in June with hamstring problems and maybe isn't ready for 90 minutes with Tuesday coming.

There's a lot of urgency about Wales' play now, the ball goes out of play and they're getting it back in nice and quickly.

Wales don't want the ball dead or a chance for Iceland to get back in defensively.

I'd love to see the possession stats. This is the way Iceland tend to play - they sit deep, absorb pressure and then use their pace in behind.

Wales are controlling possession and territory once again now, with Iceland sitting deep.

Can Gemma Grainger's side find a way to break down a packed home defence?

I would like to see some of the Wales forwards try to stretch the defence, to make that run to create room for the likes of Jess Fishlock.

    It's really tight and condensed.

There needs to be a bit more movement to try to create that space.

Wales have stepped it up, the passing has been quicker, with more intent, but it gets to the final third and it breaks down with a loose touch or a loose pass.

It's become quite an open game and Wales have grabbed control and the tempo is better, having a bit more of the ball, just not making it count.

Sophie Ingle turns well outside the box and feeds Carrie Jones, but this time her touch fails her.

Still Wales are searching for a moment of quality to get them back in this game.

For me it's been a trait of Gemma Grainger's that she doesn't make enough substitutions with enough time to go.

There are players in good form for their clubs who can come on and make a difference and be a threat and sometimes it's left too late for them to make an impact, if at all.
