    Wolves 0-0 Burnley

Burnley are looking that but more confident now as James Trafford plays a great ball out to Zeki Amdouni in midfield. Amdouni surges forward but Wolves' defensive shape forces them back to restart their attack.

    Wolves 0-0 Burnley

Burnley are enjoying a decent spell at the moment as Luca Koleosho gets in between Wolves players on the left to dart into the box, before his strike towards goal is blocked.

This is a pretty safe game. One team needs to burst out and try something.

    Wolves 0-0 Burnley

Good work by Burnley as Josh Brownhill's shot is deflected behind for a corner. The Clarets play it short before Brownhill's ball to the back post is too long and behind for a goal kick.

A quarter of an hour gone and we are still waiting for a first shot on target.

    Slow burner.

Trafford had to be very alert and very aware, but that's the option Wolves have with Sarabia.

  7. Can Luton make it back-to-back wins at Kenilworth Road?published at 19:45 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2023

Luton Town v Arsenal (20:15 GMT)

This is the first meeting between Luton and Arsenal in any competition since December 1991, and a 1-0 win for the Hatters at Kenilworth Road in the top-flight.

The Gunners are winless in their last 10 away games against Luton in all competitions (drawn six, lost four) since a 2-1 league win in January 1984 under Don Howe.

Luton picked up their first Premier League home win in their last home match against Crystal Palace. They’ve conceded in all six at Kenilworth Road in the competition so far, but have only failed to score once (0-1 v Tottenham in October).

Vitinho still isn't moving too freely, it looks like a problem with his right foot.

He's crouched down and given it a rub, seeing if he can run the issue off.

    Wolves 0-0 Burnley

Wolves have passed a mini landmark by not conceding in the first seven minutes of this game, having done so in their previous three games.

They are looking the most dangerous so far as a ball over the top looks dangerous for a moment but James Trafford is off his line quickly to get to it first.

Vitinho looks to be limping a bit but appears okay to continue. Might just be the cold conditions that are contributing to that.

Thumbs up if you’ve been impressed by Gary O’Neil. Couldn’t believe that this is their first game at home against a team outside the top eight from last year.

Burnley are pushing up high on Wolves and are forcing some errors.

Boss Vincent Kompany likes it, coming out to the touchline and applauding his side's efforts in the early stages.

    Wolves 0-0 Burnley

Burnley are quite happy to let Wolves have possession, certainly in their own half, before then switching things on and pressing quickly. Pablo Sarabia surges forward but Burnley defend well before Jay Rodriguez wins a free kick.

    Wolves 0-0 Burnley

Burnley have a free kick in a decent position on the left side of the Wolves box, but fail to make the most of it as the ball in is cleared.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 2 mins

    Wolves 0-0 Burnley

Recent form suggest this shouldn't end goalless because Wolves have both scored and conceded in each of their last 11 league games. They last had a longer such run between August and October 1985 in the third tier (12 games).

The hosts have made a decent start as Max Kilman breaks forward, only to be fouled by Josh Brownhill, who earns a very swift booking as a result.

Luton Town have won one major honour in their history - and it came at the hands of Arsenal.

In 1988, the Hatters won 3-2 against the Gunners at Wembley to lift the Littlewoods Cup (what is now the Carabao Cup).

Mark Stein put Luton ahead, goals from Martin Hayes and Alan Smith gave Arsenal a 2-1 lead, before Danny Wilson equalised.

Nigel Winterburn had a glorious chance to put Arsenal ahead, but saw his penalty saved by Andy Dibble before Stein scored again with a last-minute winner to give Luton the trophy.

This will be Bukayo Saka’s 200th appearance for Arsenal in all competitions.

Aged 22 years and 91 days, he is the second youngest English player to ever reach the milestone for the Gunners after Cliff Bastin (22 years 16 days) .

He is the fourth youngest player ever to reach that mark for Arsenal, with Cesc Fabregas (21 years 118 days) and David O'Leary (21 years 195 days) also having achieved it slightly earlier in their professional careers.
