What a moment for Fran Kirby to score on her first England start in more than a year.

In an interview with ITV4 before the game Kirby talked about the extent of her injury and how it affected her every day life.

"I could not lay on the sofa for too long as my knee would seize up," she said.

"I could not walk down the stairs - it affected everything.

"I kept pushing myself through the pain barriers which have hopefully gone."

A remarkable comeback for the midfielder considering all that. Back in the team and back on the scoresheet, what a night!

After that terrible injury to Alex Greenwood it would've been understandable if England went a bit quiet. But it was the total opposite.

Well, this has certainly been entertaining. England looked well on top but Belgium remain very dangerous on the counter attack and just completely exposed England's defence there.
