    Liverpool

Liverpool forward Shanice van de Sanden, speaking to LFCTV: "It's been crazy, I'm so so happy. I can't wait to see my baby girl again [she had a child with her partner this week]. I fly back tonight and can't wait to hold her in my arms again. I can't be more happy than today."

On the performance: "I think we did really well and I think this is our best performance of the season so far. We need to keep that up and then focus on the next one.

"I'm so proud that we won this game and I'm proud of everybody. Leanne [Kiernan] did brilliant when she came on. We need to keep doing that, we have a great squad."

On Sophie Roman Haug's performance: "She really deserves it. The whole team did great. Hopefully she keeps doing that because we need those goals and assists."

    FT: Liverpool 4-0 Brighton

    FT: Arsenal 3-0 West Ham

The lesson here is don't let Arsenal lead at half-time.

In the past 46 matches that Arsenal have been in front at the break, they have won every single one. Not even been pegged back for a draw.

Unbelievable stuff. The last time they dropped points when leading at the break was 13 October 2019, losing 2-1 to Chelsea from 1-0 up.

We've got even more football in store, though.

Aston Villa take on Everton in half an hour's time, before Manchester City host Tottenham at 18:45 GMT.

Three first-half goals do the damage for Arsenal.

Frida Maanum's delightful opener and Beth Mead's first goals since returning from her ACL injury give the Gunners victory.

They remain second in the table, three points behind leaders Chelsea.

The scoreline is harsh on West Ham who had chances of their own but they stay second-bottom, above Bristol City by the slimmest of goal difference margins.

Another golden opportunity for Vivianne Miedema but she again fluffs her lines by wildly miskicking when the ball dropped to her eight yards out.

Doesn't really matter given the scoreline - but it will matter to a goal-hungry striker like the Netherlands star.

A delicious Cruyff turn from Caitlin Foord sends her surging into the West Ham box and she floats in a lovely cross for Vivianne Miedema who heads a golden chance wide.

At the other end, the Hammers should pull one back as Izzy Atkinson's initial shot is saved by Manuela Zinsberger before the substitute lashes the rebound wildly over from 12 yards.
