Dion Charles does well to wide out wide and he finds Trai Hume, who in turn spots Isaac Price but he can't get a shot away and it's back to the edge of the area.

George Saville slides the follow-up wide as he looks for that elusive first international goal on his 50th cap.

Northern Ireland can't get a ball into the box, we have got to find a way to get down the sides and turn the back defensive line.

There's more good play by the visitors, with debutant McCausland at the heart of it.

Again, it's just that final pass which is lacking, but the build-up play is clever.

It's now Finland's turn to lose possession in the area after some neat play in the build-up.

It's end-to-end. Just a very patient en-to-end, if you know what I mean.

Northern Ireland try a bit of 'tiki-taka' around the Finnish area but lose it as Saville looks to break into the area.

Finland come again on the counter but Paddy McNair snuffles it out.

The second corner is only half cleared and Joel Pohjanpalo fires on goal.

It's a comfortable save for Hazard at his near post, but that's two warning signs.

Hazard tells everyone to calm down a little. Just right.

Conor Hazard does well to push away Fredrik Jensen's corner. It was right on the keeper but he got a crucial touch.

Another corner for the Finns.

Kaan Kairinen has a go from range and gets a lucky break as it deflects wide for a corner.

This has been a decent start by Northern Ireland - on and off the pitch.

Michael O'Neill has set them up in a more positive fashion than we maybe thought, with Isaac Price and Ross McCausland starting high on the flanks.

The youngsters have both been involved in a few attacks, too.

Their fans are enjoying themselves and are working their way through the songbook rightly.

So far, so good.

Jordan Thompson does really well to skip his way into the area but he's shuffled off the ball at the crucial moment.

Northern Ireland have definitely settled the quicker here.

Thompson's first effort is cleared, as is the second.

Finland look to break but Trai Hume goes for the 'if in doubt' approach as sends the ball almost out of the ground. Safety first.

There are so many places in this Northern Ireland team that are up for grabs, nobody has really cemented their position.

Dion Charles wins a free-kick after spinning away from Tenho.

Good chance to whip the ball into the mixer here. Jordan Thompson stands over it.

Isaac Price has a shot deflected and it's easily held by Lukas Hradecky.

Moments later, the visitors come again as McCausland wins the ball out wide and finds Price, whose first-time effort is straight at the goalkeeper.

Positive impact from the youngsters.

Pretty much all of the Finnish team are wearing gloves. Bar goalkeeper Conor Hazard (obvs), none of the men in green are.

Finland defender Robert Ivanov has opted for the short sleeves and gloves approach. Are you cold or are you not? Make your mind up.

It's Finland's turn to have plenty of possession in the Northern Ireland half but there's not a lot of urgency.

This campaign has be dogged by injuries right from day one.

It's going to be a difficult night for both sets of players, there's nothing at stake, but it's always been hard to play in Finland and I don't think tonight is going to be any different.

It's almost the opener!

It's whipped into the back post by Isaac Price and Paddy McNair is inches away from converting.

That's a good start.

Northern Ireland try to settle on the ball early in the opening stages and win a throw down the left.
