There's just no stopping him at the moment.

Another brilliant run from Luis Palma is rewarded as Matt O'Riley makes a run across the face and powers home a header.

Hibs will be ruing their slack play after giving the ball away and allowing Celtic onto them.

    St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirren

St Johnstone threaten as Graham Carey curls in a beautiful cross behind the St Mirren defence and Matt Smith meets it with a side-foot volley - but it's straight at the keeper.

    Anywhere else and that's in.

  7. CLOSE!published at 20:16 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Celtic 1-0 Hibernian

Oh dear, Rocky Bushiri gives the small band of visiting fans at Celtic Park a scare.

Luis Palma wriggles free in the box and plays one across the face, with the Hibs defender nearly turning the ball into his own net as he looks just a bit too relaxed.

Huge sigh of relief in the away end.

    Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnock

Nicky Devlin is inches away from connecting with Graeme Shinnie's low cross from the left, after a surging break by from the Aberdeen captain.

    Hearts 0-0 Rangers

First real opening for Hearts comes from a break from a Rangers corner.

Lawrence Shankland looks clean through but he just lacks that yard of pace so has a go from range and it's over.

  10. CLOSE!published at 20:13 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirren

How have St Mirren missed that?!

Daniel Phillips turns into trouble and sees his pass blocked. Jonah Ayunga takes too long to hit the shot when one-on-one and Sven Sprangler makes a goal-saving tackle.

The ball breaks for Lewis Jamieson and with the keeper already on the deck he looks certain to score... But it's deflected over the bar!

  11. Postpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-0 Rangers

Hearts defender Frankie Kent makes a crucial intervention to stop a beauty of a Tom Lawrence cross reaching Abdallah Sima at the back post.

This time it's Kelle Roos in the Aberdeen goal who has to spring into action to tip Liam Donnelly's bullet header over the bar.

  13. Slow starters strugglingpublished at 20:11 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Celtic 1-0 Hibernian

Hibs have conceded three goals in the first 15 minutes of games, no team has conceded more in that period in the Scottish Premiership this season.

They've given themselves an even tougher task against the league leaders, who are looking in the mood for more goals.

  14. Postpublished at 20:10 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-0 Rangers

A ball over the top from Lawrence Shankland is brought down beautifully by Jorge Grant and Connor Goldson looks done.

But Grant tries to do too much and the Rangers defender recovers.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:09 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnock

    What a chance for Aberdeen.

It's a brilliant move and Jamie McGrath whips in a brilliant cross for Duk, who stoops to head the ball on target only for Will Dennis to prevent the goal with an impressive stop.

  16. Postpublished at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirren

We have our first shot of the game, and it comes from the hosts. Matt Smith is played in behind but the angle isn't great, so he cuts it back to Tony Gallacher. The left-back crosses a teasing ball in but there's no takers.

The ball isn't cleared well though and Smith shifts it onto his right foot, curling a shot towards the top corner, but it's a few yards wide.

  17. Postpublished at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-0 Rangers

Abdallah Sima gets on to a ball over the top, but his first touch on his chest is heavy and his smash across goal is blocked.

  18. Postpublished at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Celtic 1-0 Hibernian

Oh should be celebrating his second goal.

A fantastic cross from Alistair Johnston falls right at the feet of the South Korean, who just can't sort his feet out and find the finish.

    Huge opportunity.

  19. 'Defending too soft to hand Celtic early initiative'published at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Celtic 1-0 Hibernian

    Martin Dowden
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

Hibernian haven't really got to grips with this so far, with Celtic on top and looking very comfortable.

The visitors will be kicking themselves. The defending for the goal was simply too soft. They failed to recognise the danger against a team that don't often captialse from that type of set-play.

    Hearts 0-0 Rangers

Hearts win an early free-kick wide on the left as they look to make a fast start.

Rangers deal with it though. Easy enough.
