We have just talked about urgency a second a go and Casemiro shows that to nip the ball forward, then it is about the 21-year-old - what a finish.

That comes as a result of Rasmus Hojlund being really confident.

Chelsea's lead lasted two minutes and seven seconds.

    He can't stop scoring!

The birthday boy gets his fifth goal in six games and it is a lovely one too.

Casemiro prods the ball on as West Ham fail to clear a high ball and Rasmus Hojlund shows great composure to knock the ball away from a couple of defenders and then drive a fine strike into the back of the net.

    Lovely goal.

    Matheus Cunha

    Chelsea's lead doesn't last long!

More hesitancy allows the visitors to spark another attack with Matheus Cunha's attempt taking a HUGE deflection off Thiago Silva.

Djordje Petrovic was wrong-footed. There was little the Chelsea keeper could do about that.

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

James Ward-Prowse unsurprisingly is on the free-kick. It is prime 'James Ward-Prowse territory' but he hits the set-piece into the wall. Relieved cheers from the home fans.

West Ham also won’t try and play football like Wolves did. Just play anti football which bores their fans and if they scrape a win it will patch over the fact West Ham are dire. People use the term flatter to deceive and West Ham’s position in the league does exactly that.

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

This has been an entertaining start and now West Ham go close as Tomas Soucek's shot is deflected behind for the Hammers' second corner of the game.

Lisandro Martínez then gives away a free-kick following the corner and the visitors have another opportunity from a set piece.

    Ice-cold Palmer!

Chelsea get their noses in front thanks to a lovely angled finish by Cole Palmer following a defence-splitting pass by Moises Caicedo.

Nicely done. That's livened the crowd up.

Wake up Hammers. Casemiro holds player round the neck and as ball came in dragged him down. Didn't even appeal so it could be looked at.

    Bournemouth 1-0 Nottingham Forest

Not a great start to Matz Sels' Forest career. The keeper was beaten inside five minutes. To be fair the new signing was helped much by the marking of his defenders.

Another chance for Forest as Taiwo Awoniyi again creates space for himself inside the box but his finish is tame.

  12. CLOSE!published at 14:16 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Good play by Marcus Rashford as he bursts into the box, defenders desperately try to clear before Kurt Zouma finally succeeds by smashing the ball behind.

The corner is played short before Bruno Fernandes' strike from distance is pushed wide by Alphonse Areola.

Wolves look lively on the counter. Pedro Neto springs the offside trap but his delivery into the box is cut out by Malo Gusto. That was good defending from the Chelsea player.

    Bournemouth 1-0 Nottingham Forest

Forest have responded well to falling behind with Taiwo Awoniyi forcing Neto into a save. But Nuno Espirito Santo needs to do something here. Forest are just one point above the relegation zone as it stands.

Man Utd will struggle again today. West Ham won’t be as open as Wolves were.

  16. GREAT SAVE!published at 14:12 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

    Superb save by Andre Onana!

West Ham have the game's first corner and Tomas Soucek flicks on a header that strikes Edson Álvarez to deflect towards goal, but Onana reacts superbly to push the ball away from close range.

Justin Kluivert is having a decent season for Bournemouth.

That's his third goal in the Premier League this season.

The Netherlands forward has scored in the FA Cup and League Cup as well.

  18. Maguire and Martinezpublished at 14:09 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Old Trafford

Due to a combination of injury and loss of form, this is the first time Harry Maguire have started a Premier League game together since 8 April 2023 against Everton.

Manchester United won that game 2-0. I am sure they would settle for a repeat of that today, although neither of the scorers; Scott McTominay and Anthony Martial, start.

West Ham are putting pressure on when Man United have the ball, it's not as if they're just sitting back. That would be a long afternoon.

  20. Postpublished at 14:08 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

West Ham attack for the first time as Emerson drives forward. He slips the ball to Jarrod Bowen, who tries to complete the one-two inside the box but the ball runs through to Andre Onana.
