  1. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:16 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Birmingham 1-1 Swansea

Swansea's Harry Darling scored the opening goal against the run of play earlier.

This time, his looping header hits the crossbar.

That serves as a reminder that the Swans are still capable of winning this game, despite their fewer chances.

Martin: I'm sure Nick from Brighton (15:57) is right about Leicester. Southampton and Leeds to go up with them IMHO (sorry Ipswich fans, just pray you don't do a Derby and end up seventh from an 'unassailable position'). Relegated three to go up, promoted three to come back down. Has that happened before?

  3. 'Superb save again from Gavin Bazunu'published at 16:12 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Southampton 1-0 Sheff Wed

    Rob Staton

Three minutes into the second half and Ashley Fletcher could have thought that was going into the bottom corner.

Superb save again from Gavin Bazunu.

    Birmingham 1-1 Swansea

Swansea goalkeeper Carl Rushworth was brilliant in the first half.

This time, Scott Hogan tried a clever flick to put Siriki Dembele through, but his shot was saved.

Blues will be gutted if they don't take three points here.

    No half-time changes.

The Blues trying to reward Tony Mowbray with three points here in his opening game.

A golden chance, sensational from Scott Hogan, who could have had his second assist of the game.

Siriki Dembele almost had too much time - do I go around the 'keeper? He delayed.

What a start to the second half that could have been.

  7. Second halfpublished at 16:05 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

We're getting back under way in seven of our eight 15:00 GMT Championship games.

Of course it's only just gone half-time in the match between Millwall and Middlesbrough, where they started 15 minutes late.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 16:04 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Millwall 1-1 Middlesbrough

Joe Bryan's delightful volley gave Millwall something to show for their early promise in a game delayed by Middlesbrough's coach being stuck in traffic.

Former Boro player Duncan Watmore had a chance to make it 2-0, before Lions defender Jake Cooper hit the bar from a corner.

The visitors eased their way back into the match, with Jonny Howson and Morgan Rogers both among the chances, before Lukas Engel powered in his first goal for the club.

  9. Postpublished at 16:01 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Millwall 1-1 Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough's veteran midfielder Jonny Howson seems revitalised by the club's success in cup competitions.

He said the EFL Cup semi-final first leg win over Chelsea was one of the best moments of his career.

His powerful shot is well-saved by Matija Sarkic in the Millwall goal as we approach the half-time whistle at The Den.

David, Birmingham: As a Villa fan I like to see our ex-youth players doing well. Callum O'Hare was seen as another Jack Grealish. It's no coincidence Coventry have rocketed up the table since his return. Would love to see him play in the Prem.

Nick, Brighton: Don't get too excited chasing pack. Leicester only lost because a 19-year-old made a rash challenge and we went down to 10 men. When Saints started their long unbeaten run, they were 11 points behind the Foxes, ahead of today's fixtures, they were 13 points behind. Leicester will win the title, and it won't even be close.

  13. goal

GOAL: Millwall 1-1 Middlesbroughpublished at 15:54 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Lukas Engel (38 mins)

It's Lukas Engel's first goal for Boro.

Sam Greenwood's energetic run evaded the Lions defence and he lays the ball neatly for Engel to drill into the net.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    West Brom 3-0 Blackburn

West Brom are absolutely coasting against Blackburn at The Hawthorns.

Tom Fellows registered his first senior league goal for the Baggies early on then Brandon Thomas-Asante's strike and Dominic Hyam's own goal put them firmly in control before the break.

Blackburn, who are without Sammie Szmodics and Harry Pickering due to illness, look short on both confidence and answers.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Rotherham 0-1 Stoke

Very few chances to either side at the New York Stadium but Lewis Baker's stunning free-kick has sent Stoke in at the break on top.

Struggling Rotherham could do with a win against the Potters but neither side looked likely to score before Baker's goal, with just three shots, either on or off target, registered by either side beforehand.

  16. 'Men against boys'published at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    HT: Cardiff 0-2 Leeds

    Adam Pope
    BBC Radio Leeds commentator

    Men against boys.

We have looked really confident in and out of possession.

We are setting traps for Cardiff.

They don't seem to have much of a gameplan and/or whatever it is is failing miserably.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Birmingham 1-1 Swansea

Siriki Dembele celebrates scoring for BirminghamImage source, PA Media

Birmingham have had a catalogue of chances in this first 45 minutes.

Tony Mowbray will be delighted with the way that his new team reacted to going a goal behind.

Siriki Dembele's powerful shot found the net just two minutes after Harry Darling's header had given Swansea the lead against the run of play.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Cardiff 0-2 Leeds

Leeds have lost their past three away games but it looks like they'll be snapping that streak today.

Goals from Patrick Bamford and Dan James have the promotion hopefuls in total control.

  19. goal

GOAL: Rotherham 0-1 Stokepublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Lewis Baker (45+4 mins)

Well that's one way to liven up a dismal first half.

Lewis Baker has sent Stoke ahead virtually on half-time with a stunning free-kick which he sends into the top corner.

Not the end to the first half Rotherham will have wanted.

  20. Postpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    HT: Southampton 1-0 Sheff Wed

    Andy Giddings
    Sports Editor, BBC Sheffield

I would be surprised if we came out in the second half with the same formation and the same players.

They have got down the sides too easily.

For the chances that they have had, Southampton should be two or three up.
