For a moment it looks like some very bold tactics by Mauricio Pochettino as the fourth official's board shows Mykhailo Mudryk on for Levi Colwill, but then it is corrected with in fact Nicolas Jackson going off.

Liverpool make a triple change as Andy Robertson, Alexis Mac Allister and Cody Gakpo are replaced by Kostas Tsimikas, James McConnell and Jayden Danns.

The touch from Gallagher isn't great. It is a great save and it's another massive chance for Chelsea.

And another chance for Conor Gallagher but he can't make it count!

Huge chances missed by Chelsea as we approach the end of normal time.

Oh Conor Gallagher has his head in his hands!

Chelsea are finding gaps in the defence and the ball is played to Gallagher, who has just the goalkeeper to beat but hesitates and Caoimhin Kelleher closes him down quickly.

I don't think Nkunku read the situation quicker, because it's a brilliant ball across the six yard box from Gusto.

Moises Caicedo plays a fantastic ball out wide to Malo Gusto, who crosses first time and for a moment Christopher Nkunku looks to have a good sight of goal but when he does reach the ball the angle is too tight and his effort is into the sidenetting.

Ibrahima Konate is booked as he prevents a Chelsea counter.

Lots of fans are now chewing their fingernails nervously. Will we see a winner in normal time?

It is all very tense.

Luis Diaz gets into the box and cuts back for Andy Robertson, whose shot goes well wide and towards the corner flag.

We hoped both teams would be more positive with substitutions. Clark on for Liverpool has allowed Elliott to get further forward and Nkunku on for Sterling is another positive change.

You can sense nervousness in the stands now. It is a finely poised contest.

It really does feel this could go either way in these final 12 minutes.

Conor Gallagher almost turns the Liverpool defence but Virgil van Dijk plucks the ball from his feet as the Chelsea forward tried to get a shot off.

Great play from Cole Palmer out on the right side. Robertson didn't know what way he was going. Gallagher does well to work it across the goal and attempts to find the target.

The woodwork this time denies Chelsea!
