Lauren James strikes over the bar now too after she shifts the ball to her left to make room for a shot.

I am feeling for the players out there, you can see several stretching their legs out.

Not only has it been a long game but it has been a long season for them. We are coming into April, the back end of the campaign, heading into the second half of extra time is not what they'd want.

They will be taking on some extra fluids and electrolytes to get themselves through.

What a ball that was, beautiful ball in from Steph Catley on the left hand side. She just arches it.

It should have counted if it has gone in, she was level.

Steph Catley curls it in from the left. It's a lovely cross but Katie McCabe heads it wide. She's deemed offside anyway.

  15. 'Chelsea would not have wanted extra time today'published at 17:23 British Summer Time 31 March

    ET: Arsenal 0-0 Chelsea

    Fern Whelan
Former England and Brighton defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

It is going to be a tough road for Chelsea if they are to try and win the quadruple.

I think with the legs they do have left in the team they would not have wanted any extra time here today, they would have wanted to wrap it up in 90 minutes.

They've got a big enough squad to be able to do it. It is just whether they can put their chances away on the day, and today they haven't.
