Chaos for Laia Codina, who seemed to suffer damage to her boot in that collision with Lauren James.

She attempted to sort her boot off the pitch, then sat down on the field - only to be told by Cheryl Foster that she needed to leave the pitch to resolve the issue, while the game resumed.

Cue a mad dash from Codina, in front of the delighted Chelsea fans, to meet a member of Arsenal staff - boots in hand - and get her kit sorted so the Gunners were not a centre-back down for too long.

Johanna Rytting Kaneryd is away down the left. She pulls it back into the area, it comes all the way through to Lauren James and she smashes one into the side-netting.

Arsenal goalkeeper Manuela Zinsberger now goes down off the ball wanting treatment.

Laia Codina wants new boots and she goes off by the touchline to meet a member of Arsenal staff sprinting around the pitch to bring them to her. She's got some pace on her.

It's an aggressive hop towards Laia Codina from Lauren James.

A yellow [card] is fine, I'm sure Codina will be fine as well.

Melanie Leupolz's pass bounces awkwardly in front of Lauren James. She loses out to Laia Codina and is then shown a yellow card for a reaction near the touchline. Not sure there was too much in it.

Melanie Leupolz blazed over. First real chance for Chelsea.

Niamh Charles slides it down the line for Johanna Rytting Kaneryd. She chops inside of Kim Little and tees up Melanie Leupolz. The midfielder blazes it over the bar. Good chance!

Arsenal have come out the blocks on fire. It's pulled back to Beth Mead in the box but she can't control it, swinging and missing before Niamh Charles robs it off her.

I didn't see Leah Williamson pick up a knock in the first half, but that is surely an enforced change that has been presented to Jonas Eidevall.

It is a great replacement to bring on in Laia Codina, but it is a little bit of disruption to the side that maybe they would not have wanted to deal with.

Stina Blackstenius goes down just inside the box, claiming a penalty following contact with Erin Cuthbert. There's a quick VAR check but nothing given.

Leah Williamson's right knee was taped up before the game so we assume that is the issue.

Off we go again for the second half.

A switch for Arsenal at the break with Leah Williamson replaced by Laia Codina.

Hopefully nothing too concerning with her set to go on England duty next week.
