Chelsea are holding on a bit here.

There's a scramble in the six-yard area as Cloe Lacasse, Frida Maanum and Stina Blackstenius all have shots blocked.

VAR is not used in the Women's Super League. If this was a league fixture, Chelsea would be 1-0 up and they rarely lose from there.

But in this final, Arsenal have a reprieve and they will look to make it count.

Well you can put your money on Beth Mead having the confidence to have a pop. You can see Stina Blackstenius fuming that she doesn't play the one two to put her through on goal.

It was one of those opportunities that doesn't open up very often which came for Beth Mead to have a pop.

Frida Maanum slides it through to Cloe Lacasse on the left. The angle is tight and she goes for goal - hitting it straight at Hannah Hampton - when she probably should have squared it.

  7. 'Buchanan has to be careful playing out from the back'published at 15:27 British Summer Time 31 March

Kadeisha Buchanan has to be careful trying to play the ball out from the back against a side with the quality that Arsenal have.

She is caught and the ball falls to Beth Mead who noticed Hannah Hampton off her line and went for the chip. Thankfully for her and Chelsea it went over the bar.

    It's worth a try!

Kadeisha Buchanan loses out to Stina Blackstenius, it falls for Beth Mead and she tries to lob Hannah Hampton from about 30 yards. It's just over but not a bad effort.

It looks like what you would call a knock on in rugby, I said it straight away it looked like it had hit Erin Cuthbert's arm as she ran in to press the Arsenal player.

Chelsea gained the advantage because the handball leads to Mayra Ramirez receiving the ball and scoring the goal. Correct decision.

  11. 'Great use of VAR'published at 15:23 British Summer Time 31 March

Well that was a thunderbolt from Mayra Ramirez. But this will be chalked off for handball, clear as day.

This is the great use of VAR because otherwise that goal would have stood.

It's ruled out. Back to 0-0. A lovely finish from Mayra Ramirez but she will have to save it for another go.

    What a hit!

Mayra Ramirez fires it into the corner from the edge of the box but I think this will be ruled out for handball in the build-up by Erin Cuthbert.

Hannah Hampton dealt with it well there. It's really easy to get caught in a battle when there are that many players in the six yard box from a corner.

Katie McCabe's delivery is a difficult one for Hannah Hampton to take in under pressure but she does enough to hold it on the second attempt.

She is quick off her line a few moments later to sniff out a pass through to Cloe Lacasse across the box.

I think Jonas Eidevall may miss the rivalry with Emma Hayes, but he won't miss some of the results.

He may even enjoy the disruption to this Chelsea side while they re-build and look towards the next stage with their new manager.

  19. Postpublished at 17 mins

Arsenal have certainly grown into it. They are whipping the ball around with more pace and are breaking through Chelsea's midfield.

Cloe Lacasse wins a corner off Niamh Charles down the right now.

A very even opening 15 minutes - Chelsea started stronger, but Arsenal have grown into it.

A couple of interesting moments for the officials too - first the James penalty call, then Mead being flagged offside when she looked at least level.

The Arsenal fans who surround the press box, meanwhile, continue to be very loud.
