  1. goal

GOAL! Livingston 0-2 Heartspublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Lawrence Shankland.

    Just sublime. Again.

Alan Forrest chips into Lawrence Shankland, who delays the shot and then curls with the outside of his foot into the bottom corner.

He's scored in six Premiership games in a row.

    Hearts goal
  2. goal

GOAL! Rangers 3-1 Kilmarnockpublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Todd Cantwell

Just the response the hosts would have been looking for after losing a goal.

Ridvan Yilmaz crosses low from the left to meet Todd Cantwell's near-post run perfectly and the midfielder applies the finish.

    Rangers goal
  3. goal

GOAL! Hibernian 1-2 Motherwellpublished at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Bevis Mugabi

    Wow!

Motherwell stun Hibs. It's a free-kick from out wide, it's headed as far as Stephen O'Donnell, who helps it back in with his head.

Mika Biereth flicks it across goal and Mugabi nods in.

Hibs have played pretty well, but defensive lapses have cost them.

    Motherwell goal
  4. Postpublished at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Hibernian 1-1 Motherwell

Rory Whittaker is forced off with an injury for Hibs and Lewis Stevenson is on.

Presumably, the veteran is going to right back.

  5. 'Killie lifeline'published at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Rangers 2-1 Kilmarnock

    Billy Dodds
Former Rangers striker on BBC Sportsound

I don't know where John Souttar can put his arm but it's a penalty.

That is a huge lifeline for Kilmarnock.

    Cool as you like.

Low into the bottom-left corner, sending the keeper the wrong way.

VAR having a look at a possible penalty for Kilmarnock after Rory McKenzie's cross is turned out by John Souttar's arm as he slides in to make a clearance.

The referee goes to the monitor and it's given.

It's the first Premiership penalty Rangers have conceded in 75 games.

    Rangers 2-0 Kilmarnock

A dipping shot from Rangers' Kieran Dowell does not dip enough for the hosts as it skews off high and wide.

  12. Postpublished at 16:17 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Ross County 0-2 Aberdeen

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland in Dingwall

Aberdeen have been very high energy at the start of this second half, really penning County back.

The home side are struggling to get up the park at the moment as the Dons push and probe for a third goal which would kill the game.

    Kenneth Vargas

Lawrence Shankland is one relieved man!

Alan Forrest slides Vargas in behind and he opens his body up and slides it below Jack Hamilton.

There's an offside check, but Vargas is definitely on. The goal stands!

    Hearts goal
  16. Postpublished at 16:12 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Rangers 2-0 Kilmarnock

An important header from John Souttar cuts out a Corrie Ndaba cross at the start of the second half at Ibrox.

Kilmarnock showed they can create openings in the first half and a goal now would be ideal for Derek McInnes as he plots a way back into this.

Moments later, Ndaba makes a brilliant tackle to block Cyriel Dessers' route to goal on a break away.

  17. PENALTY MISSED!published at 16:12 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Livingston 0-0 Hearts

Another miss from the spot for Lawrence Shankland.

It's straight down the middle and Jack Hamilton saves with his legs. A massive missed opportunity.

Hibs have started the second half as they did the first.

A free-kick tests Liam Kelly but the Motherwell keeper deals with it comfortably.

  20. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Ross County 0-2 Aberdeen

Graeme Shinnie has just morphed into Diego Maradona briefly, but an offside in the build-up denies him a great goal.

The Aberdeen captain dances away from several County defenders before slotting past Ross Laidlaw, but replays show Leighton Clarkson was a good yard off earlier in the move.
