It's been quite an entertaining 0-0, both sides going for it, not sitting back.

  4. Postpublished at 60 mins

    Ivory Coast 0-0 DR Congo

Ivory Coast's best chance of the half as midfielder Franck Kessie blasts in a powerful effort from 20 yards, which is punched away by Lionel Mpasi. That's actually their first shot on target all night.

  5. Postpublished at 59 mins

    Ivory Coast 0-0 DR Congo

Ivory Coast striker Sebastien Haller goes down in the box, but the decision is he committed the foul so it's a free-kick to DRC.

At both ends a poor final through ball denies a Premier League forward a one-on-one. At first it was Simon Adingra and then Yoane Wissa.

Half-time really killed that Ivorian momentum. DR Congo have been the better side in the early stages of this second half.

A long ball into Simon Adingra is just overhit and the ball bounces into the gloves of Lionel Mpasi.

  9. 'Bright start to the half from DR Congo'published at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Ivory Coast 0-0 DR Congo

That is what Theo Bongonda does very well, getting into those positions that are very hard to pick up.

He runs at the defence and does well to get around two players, but he should be shooting across goal there. Still a bright start to the second half from DR Congo.

Theo Bongonda is almost a super sub. He gets the ball on the edge of the box, skips in between three defenders and smacks a shot into the side-netting.

DRC's Cedric Bakambu is caught in the head by Jean Michael Seri but he's fine and play continues quickly.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Ivory Coast 0-0 DR Congo

DR Congo made one change from their quarter-final, and they basically reverse it at half-time. Theo Bongonda replaces Gael Kakuta.

You can see that the DR Congo defenders are aware of the presence of Sebastien Haller, that they have a big striker to defend against back there, they have something to think about.

In the last 15 minutes of the half when he came into the game, the performance was better. His presence is a big plus. We know with all the crosses into the box he is there and he will hopefully get some goals.

  16. Postpublished at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Ivory Coast 0-0 DR Congo

Ivory Coast, for all their dominance, haven't had a shot on target yet.

  17. 'After the first 15 minutes it was all Ivory Coast'published at 20:54 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

HT: Ivory Coast 0-0 DR Congo

    Kolo Toure
Former Ivory Coast & Arsenal defender on BBC Three

I would say the first 15 minutes were all DR Congo, they played well, dominated the game, found space in the pockets and looked dangerous at set pieces.

Since then Ivory Coast have had the better of the game, and made many chances. They have dealt well with the threat from corners from DR Congo too.

  20. 'Ivory Coast getting success in the wide areas'published at 20:47 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Ivory Coast 0-0 DR Congo

    Gabriel Zakuani
Former DR Congo international on BBC Three

The success has come in the wide areas for Ivory Coast. They have sent plenty of balls into the box which has caused havoc in the DR Congo back line.

I think DR Congo will do all they can to see out these next few minutes and regroup at the break.
