  1. CLOSE!published at 13:36 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Li Mengwen rushes down the left wing before whipping in a low cross across the face of goal. Elisabeth Terland does well to get in front of her defender and get something on it, but the ball is flicked over the crossbar.

    Brighton are edging closer.

  2. Postpublished at 13:35 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

    Arsenal 0-0 Manchester City

Katie McCabe is, as ever, at the centre of some argy-bargy. This time she goes shoulder to shoulder with Chloe Kelly after winning Arsenal a free-kick.

    Arsenal 0-0 Manchester City

"Put pressure on her!", yell the Arsenal fans as Khiara Keating dwells on the ball before making the clearance.

Keating pinged the ball out of play anyway, so the point was moot.

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Should Katie Johnson have done better there?

After a bit of a scramble around the goal mouth, the ball falls to her. Sophie Baggaley races off her line and does enough to put Johnson off as her strike is blasted high and wide.

Manchester City have grown into it. Arsenal were keeping them wide and restricting them through the middle initially.

But City have adapted and have started to find a bit more space. Arsenal look most dangerous when they get it out wide.

At the moment both teams are cancelling each other out basically.

You have to go for it and take those opportunities - neither goalkeeper has been tested.

Arsenal look like the away team and in the second half they need to change something.

  13. 'A stalemate'published at 13:24 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

    HT: Arsenal 0-0 Man City

    Gilly Flaherty
Former Chelsea and England defender on BBC Two

    Little bit of a stalemate.

Either team has not created anything clear cut, both goalkeepers have had a quiet first half.

We don't want a mistake that gives us a goal and the players need to be a bit braver.
