  4. Larne complete hat-trick with shootout win after lengthy injury delaypublished at 19:26 Greenwich Mean Time 23 January 2024

Last season Larne beat 10-man Linfield 4-3 on penalties at Seaview to win the County Antrim Shield for the third consecutive year.

A head injury suffered by young Linfield goalkeeper David Walsh led to a 20-minute delay before the shootout, with the match having ended scoreless after Blues midfielder Kyle McClean was sent off in the first half.

  5. County Antrim Shield finalpublished at 19:21 Greenwich Mean Time 23 January 2024

    Glentoran v Larne (19:45 GMT)

Good evening and welcome to our live streamed coverage of the County Antrim Shield final between Larne and Glentoran at Seaview.

The decider has all the makings of a classic with two of the 'big beasts' of the local game meeting to decide who picks up the first silverware of the season.

Premiership champions Larne have made the Shield their own in recent seasons, winning the last three finals, so Tiernan Lynch's side will be out to make it four in a row tonight.

Glentoran have found trophies more hard to come by in recent campaigns so a victory tonight would see them celebrating a cup success for the first time since they won the Irish Cup by beating Ballymena United in July 2020.

The Invermen saw off the Glens when they met in the Shield final in December 2020. Will the outcome be different tonight I wonder?

Alongside the live video, we will have text updates throughout the game and in-play clips of the goals and any other key moments, plus news of developments in the Mid Ulster Cup final contested by Portadown and Dungannon Swifts.

Stay tuned and enjoy, we have you covered.
