Southampton 5-3 Huddersfield
Southampton stay second and stretch their unbeaten run to 25 games in all competitions but boy, oh boy did they have to work for it in this belter.
The Saints trailed 2-0 at the break and then made it 2-2 thanks to a quick-fire double from Joe Rothwell.
Back came Town thanks to Chelsea loanee Alex Mantos but a Tom Lees own goal followed by strikes from Sekou Mara and Sam Edozie won it for the home side.
None of Southampton's five goals were scored by a player who started for them today.
Remarkable.
Southampton 5-3 Huddersfield
Still playing in this topsy-turvy game as Town sub Pat Jones fires a shot into the side-netting.
Town will end the day just two points clear of the bottom three.
Southampton 5-3 Huddersfield
Jo Tessem
Ex-Southampton midfielder on BBC Radio Solent
That tactic Huddersfield have with very offensive play - maybe they should have sat back.
Southampton had a little bit of luck with the own goal. You make your own luck.
We have to give credit to Russell Martin. The change he made at half-time changed the whole game. David Brooks is involved in everything going forward.
Watford 1-2 Leicester
Leicester hold out for the win against Watford to maintain their fine form at the Championship summit.
Watford mounted quite the comeback after the break but it wasn't enough to take points off the visitors.
Middlesbrough 1-2 Bristol City
It's a seventh home defeat of the season for Boro who now have one league win in their last six matches.
Two goals in 89 first-half seconds were enough to leapfrog the Robins above their opponents despite Samuel Silvera's late consolation.
Hull City 0-1 Swansea
Big win for Swansea.
The Swans went into this game on the back of three successive defeats and a fourth could have left them looking over their shoulder but Liam Cullen's first half goal proves to be enough.
Hull drop out of the top six.
QPR 2-2 Norwich
A superb second half sees the spoils shared.
Jack Colback had given QPR a half-time lead, but two goals in 14 minutes from Kenny McClean and Josh Sargent put the Canaries in front.
But Michael Frey's late equaliser extends QPR's unbeaten run to four matches.
Leeds 3-0 Rotherham
Pretty much exactly what you'd have expected.
Third-placed Leeds cruise to a dominant win over bottom side Rotherham.
Patrick Bamford's goal, quite likely turned in with his hand, gave the home side the lead and Crysencio Summerville's second-half double secured the points.
Could have been more.
Blackburn 3-1 Stoke
That's one way to begin the John Eustace era!
It's been a tumultuous week for Blackburn Rovers following Jon Dahl Tomasson's exit but they've clawed back some pride with a morale-boosting win over fellow strugglers Stoke.
The Potters are just three points off the drop zone as it stands.
Cardiff 0-2 Preston
Not an afternoon to remember for Cardiff but a clinical performance for Preston.
Mads Frokjaer got both assists as the Lilywhites ran out 2-0 winners on their trip to the principality and Ryan Lowe will be delighted as his side remain in touching distance of the play-off places.
Cardiff welcomed back Aaron Ramsey from injury but will be unhappy with the result.
Leeds 3-0 Rotherham
Sam Clucas goes close to what would very much have been scant consolation for the bottom side.
The midfielder gets a powerful shot away but Illan Meslier is keen to keep a clean sheet and produces a top save.
Sunderland 3-1 Plymouth
A brilliant second half comeback has earned the Black Cats a fine win in their pursuit of a play-off place,
Plymouth led at half-time through Ryan Hardie's superb strikes, but three goals in 15 minutes from Jack Clarke, Pierre Ekwah and Jobe Bellingham's stunner gave them the points and handed Plymouth head coach Ian Foster a first defeat
Samuel Edozie (90 mins)
Game over in this memorable match.
The Saints were 2-0 down and then 3-2 down but they're unbeaten since September for a reason.
Samuel Edozie picks up the ball in a dangerous area after an error at the back by Huddersfield and smashes his shot in.
Rough on the Terriers.
Watford 1-2 Leicester
Could we be in for a tense finale at Vicarage Road?
Watford are on top against Leicester and chasing their slim one-goal lead but time is ticking down if they are to complete a comeback.
Seven minutes have been added on, mind.
Sam Silvera (90+1 mins)
Too little too late?
Boro have been plugging away and finally have a goal for their efforts.
Finn Azaz tees up sub Sam Silvera to halve the deficit.
Time for one more?
Sekou Mara (85 mins)
This is what promotion chasers do!
Second-placed Southampton lead for the first time today through sub Sekou Mara.
He converts a cross from fellow sub David Brooks.
The Saints will surely be stretching their unbeaten run to 25 games.
QPR 2-2 Norwich
Rs keeper Asmir Begovic is forced into action again to parry away a Gabriel Sara free-kick.
A super second half and you wouldn't bank against a winner.
Cardiff 0-2 Preston
Famara Diedhiou turns on the edge of the Preston box but his effort on goal fails to trouble Freddie Woodman.
If Cardiff are to mount a comeback here, they're leaving it late.
Blackburn 3-1 Stoke
Newly appointed Blackburn boss John Eustace had been watching from the stands today having arrived at the club last night.
At some point, however, he's ventured down to the touchline to witness his side's 3-1 lead against Stoke first hand.
