Tanya Oxtoby said ahead of the second leg that she wanted more from her squad after a positive performance on Friday, and that message is bound to be reinforced at half-time after a first 45 minutes in which her side huffed and puffed, but struggled in the final third.

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:53 Greenwich Mean Time 27 February

    Republic of Ireland 0-1 Wales

Caitlin Hayes' effort from a Megan Connolly corner is blocked with Hayes able to play the ball across to Amber Barrett.

However an outstanding reaction save from Olivia Clark denies her goal-bound strike.

I'm sure Rhian Wilkinson, who is watching from the stands, is delighted with Wales's performance in the opening 20 minutes.

  7. 'We want to put it right'published at 19:49 Greenwich Mean Time 27 February

HT: Northern Ireland 0-0 Montenegro (2-0 agg)

    Rachel Furness
Northern Ireland midfielder on BBC iPlayer

It's not what we expected. I don't think we have possessed the ball as we did the other night and we have been too open at times. Tanya [Oxtoby, Northern Ireland manager] will want to put that right.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 19:48 Greenwich Mean Time 27 February

Northern Ireland 0-0 Montenegro (2-0 agg)

That's your lot for the opening 45 minutes at Windsor Park.

It's still advantage Northern Ireland, but Montenegro have been far more impressive that on Friday in the first leg.

    Northern Ireland 0-0 Montenegro

    So close to the opener!

Simone Magill feeds Caragh Hamilton, who charges into the area.

She looks to slot home but Anastasjia Krstovic pulls off a big save.

The ball slowly rolls towards the line but it is hacked away.

  10. CLOSE!published at 19:46 Greenwich Mean Time 27 February

    Republic of Ireland 0-1 Wales

Leanne Kiernan's strike from the left flank curls wide as the home side look for a quick equaliser.

    Will they find one?

  11. CLOSE!published at 19:42 Greenwich Mean Time 27 February

    Northern Ireland 0-0 Montenegro

That's another big chance for the visitors!

Jelena Karlicic whips in a brilliant corner and it somehow evades everyone and goes out of play.

That was crying out for a touch.

With five minutes to go until half-time, that would have made things very interesting.

    What a start from Wales!

There's a scramble in the box and Hayley Ladd does well to control the danger and plays the ball across to Jess Fishlock, who makes no mistake from point-blank range.

    Rachel Furness
Northern Ireland midfielder on BBC iPlayer

There might be a few tweaks coming here. It's far too open and the gaps are too big between the units. I think if we sort that out, then Montenegro won't have as much space if the gaps close.

  18. CLOSE!published at 19:25 Greenwich Mean Time 27 February

    Northern Ireland 0-0 Montenegro

Lauren Wade lands a volley onto the roof of the net after finding a bit of space.

It was a good hit but wouldn't have counted as the flag was straight up.

  19. Postpublished at 19:24 Greenwich Mean Time 27 February

We're midway through the first half and this is following a very similar pattern to Friday's first leg, with Northern Ireland dominating possession but struggling to break the visitors down.

Sarah Mac [McFadden] is like a fine wine. She has got better with age and it is important she is in there tonight to help the team.
