    FT: Rangers 4-1 Partick Thistle

Partick Thistle manager Brian Graham tells BBC Scotland: "I am proud of my players.

"I thought in the first half they were excellent. It was an uphill battle after Rangers went 3-1 up.

"We tried to change the shape in the second half but once it got to 4-1, I didn't want my girls to be embarrassed given the performance they put in in the first half.

"It was small margins but when you don't take chances, Rangers are a good outfit and Rachel Rowe's goal was quality to put them 2-1 in front but at the same time Rachel Donaldson's goal was excellent as well.

"You have got to want it again and hopefully go one better. The players have been excellent throughout the season, yes it is disappointing at the moment but at the same time you have got to be proud of the group.

"I think the message is you are good enough. We make sure we dust ourselves down and go again."

  5. 'Most special moment of my career' - Dochertypublished at 15:55 Greenwich Mean Time 24 March

    FT: Rangers 4-1 Partick Thistle

Rangers captain Nicola Docherty tells BBC Scotland: "I am absolutely buzzing.

"We work so hard throughout the week for moments like this and we are all delighted.

"That winning mentality to make sure we can see games out that Jo has brought in, we did that today. I don't want to give Jo too much credit because we work hard as well but there is a real togetherness within the squad that she has brought in.

"Football can be a short career and I have told the players that winning is everything. Rangers is a club built on winning trophies and I am so proud of every single player.

"It is got to be up there with one of the most special moments of my career. To lift the trophy as the captain of Rangers, I have been a fan since I was a kid so to do that alongside this group is phenomenal.

"I am unbelievably proud of the numbers [of fans] that came out today. they are the ones that really spur us on and we are so thankful."

  6. Potter 'can't fault' Rangers playerspublished at 15:52 Greenwich Mean Time 24 March

    FT: Rangers 4-1 Partick Thistle

Rangers boss Jo Potter tells BBC Scotland: "It is always special. I think it'll take a moment for me to reflect but I am super proud of the girls.

"It is a great day for them to come up and they deserve nothing more than to lift that trophy.

"I think it was big for us to win this game and to have the performance as well. We knew we were going to have to get rid of the butterflies, get it out our system but I think the girls dealt with it really well. Some super goals and some super performances.

"They [the players] are so together. I know it is sometimes cliche to say they are a great group of girls but they genuinely are. They all actually really like each other, sometimes I wish they'd dig each other out a little bit but you can't fault them.

"It is always one step at a time. I want to enjoy this moment today, it is a special moment for me and a special moment for the club."
