First change of the night and it's John Mousinho with the move as Lee Evans is replaced by Owen Moxon for Pompey.

Derby get to the byline and the ball pulled back is just nicked away in time by Portsmouth.

The home side then come down the other end and Christian Saydee gets in behind and drives down the dead ball line.

He goes for goal and Joe Wildsmith makes a comfortable save.

Colby Bishop was screaming for a pull-back towards the penalty spot.

The 2,240 Wrexham fans are not having a great deal to shout about. Doncaster asking most of the questions, though Phil Parkinson has thrown on veteran striker Steven Fletcher and midfielder George Evans.

But how costly could that Adelakun miss prove?

Strong work from Pompey down the left and a stand-up cross from Connor Ogilvie is an inviting one for Colby Bishop to attack.

But a very brave header by Eiran Cashin puts it behind for a corner and Derby are able to clear.

Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson has wasted no time in making a change with wing-back Luke Bolton replaced by Ryan Barnett down the right-hand side.

The visitors are playing towards the travelling fans now and, sensing the promotion-chasers need help, the volume has increased.

It almost worked as defender Will Boyle headed just wide from close range.

For all that, Wrexham were grateful to see goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo claim the ball from a shot after a goalmouth scramble.
