On Isabella Hobson's first senior goal: "I didn’t actually see that it was her but that makes me happy. There were a lot of people in that box but it’s really nice that Issy got that goal, that was tremendous."

On his team overall: "They were so good, I can’t praise them enough. I know they work so hard every day so I’m so glad we got something out of it."

Everton

Everton goalscorer Isabella Hobson speaking to BBC Sport: "It’s something I’ve been dreaming of since I started playing football and for it to contribute to getting a draw against Arsenal is the best feeling ever.

"I’ve been at Everton for my whole life so it’s even more special. I didn’t expect to come on and score and I am lost for words. I’m so excited to hopefully get more opportunities now after scoring. I’m so happy."

On Everton youngsters getting opportunities due to injuries to senior players: "We’re still all young but Arsenal looking at our bench wouldn’t have expected anyone to come on and change the game. Hopefully I’ve shown that despite our age we can come on and change the game."

On her family: "They will be so proud. My whole family are massive Everton fans. The fact I have scored is just amazing."

A moment teenager Isabella Hobson will never forget!

The forward scored her first senior goal for her childhood club Everton in stoppage time to rescue a point against Arsenal.

And what a good goal it was.

Arsenal

Arsenal captain Kim Little speaking to BBC Sport: "We always go into every game and want three points so it’s disappointing to concede that late in the game."

On Alessia Russo's goal: "It’s a great finish by Less. We had opportunities to score in the first and second half to put it further ahead which we didn’t do. We’re disappointed with that today."

On facing WSL leaders Manchester City next: "Our games against City are always great games and we always find it hard going away from home against them. We will look to try and get the win and change that."

A couple of weeks ago Jonas Eidevall posed his Arsenal side the question, "If someone slips, are you ready?"

Well we've just gotten the answer at Walton Hall Park. The Gunners were not ready, they have essentially slipped first, dropping more points in a game that on chances they should have won comfortably.

Now Manchester City have the chance to further pull away at the top when they play already relegated Bristol City this evening.

While those two games pause for half time let's take a look at the reaction from Arsenal's draw at Everton earlier on.

Brighton lead at the break.

Tottenham have been on top for a while.

They've had 70.8% possession over the last 15 minutes.

An entertaining half comes to a close with neither team able to break the deadlock just yet.

Six minutes added at the end of the first half at Brisbane Road.
