'Harsh if Arsenal miss out'published at 12:53 British Summer Time 28 April

Lawman: Arsenal’s goal difference could be a major factor in deciding this title race. To be fair to Arsenal, they’ve scored more goals then any team and have the best record for not conceding goals too. It would be harsh if they were to miss out winning it this year. Good luck to them.

  5. Title race: Man City to win it?published at 12:51 British Summer Time 28 April

    Phil McNulty
    BBC Sport chief football writer

Arsenal remain top of the table in a position they would have signed up for instantly at the start of the season, but the manner of Manchester City’s demolition of Brighton on Thursday sounded an ominous note for anyone wishing to wrestle away their crown.

If Manchester City win their remaining five games they will claim a fourth successive Premier League title, a sixth in seven seasons, and history tells us there is every chance they will do it.

Arsenal will have a huge say in that. It is City, however, who have been over this course and distance before to pass the finishing post first.

    Hello!

This feels like a particularly significant day in the title race.

Not only are Arsenal at Tottenham, but Manchester City - who are one point behind the leaders with one game in hand - are at struggling Nottingham Forest.

Throw in Bournemouth - who are eyeing a TOP EIGHT finish - at home to Brighton and we have ourselves a mouth-watering day of action.

  8. More celebrations on 'enemy' territory?published at 12:45 British Summer Time 28 April

It is 20 years since Arsenal celebrated winning the Premier League on 'enemy' territory at Tottenham.

Today, the Gunners make the short journey to their arch rivals with a narrow advantage at the top of the table three weeks from the end of the season.

Even if they win this north London derby, Mikel Arteta's class of 2024 will not be able to celebrate clinching the title at Spurs like Arsene Wenger's 'Invincibles' back in 2004.

But three more points will keep Arsenal at the top for at least one more week.
