We've not long seen Carlos Sainz sail off the track and just couple of laps later he has ground to a halt just on the outside the final corner.
The virtual safety car has been deployed, which means the drivers must run at reduced speeds.

The team says "engine electrical issues" forced the Austraian out.

Bottas looks to be falling off the back of Massa as things stand.
Rosberg is around four tenths off the Finn. He needs to get this pass done.
As things stand, Rosberg will lose 13 points to Hamilton, and fall 23 back in the title race.

The Mercedes drivers are told rain is "quite likely, quite likely".
Williams chief technical officer Pat Symonds, speaking to BBC Sport: "We can't get away from the fact Mercedes have good pace. It will be interesting to see now what Rosberg does, will he switch to a two-stop and have a go at us? It also looks like the rain is coming.
"You have to try and outthink them. I think coming out in the pitlane is against the rules if it is not a genuine call. We didn't fall for that one."
Ferrari's weather gurus say the rain is blowing from such a direction that it will hit Stowe first.

Lewis Hamilton asks if he needs to increase the gap on his rivals.
"The main thing is getting to the end Lewis, 29 laps remain and threat of rain in 30 minutes," is the response.
