The main battle on the circuit is the Raikkonen-Perez battle for fifth.

Kimi Raikkonen really wants fifth place. He shadows Perez through Becketts but can't find the pace to go past at Stowe.

Hmm. Rosberg snipped a few tenths off the lead on that lap. With seven laps left, does he have enough time to get close to Hamilton?

Nico Rosberg looks like he might be taking a bit off Lewis Hamilton's lad - the German sets the quickest lap. The gap dips below six seconds, marginally.

Now if Nico Rosberg comes in he will drop to fourth place so I'm sure he will try to eke it out.

Meanwhile, leader Lewis Hamilton is 6.6secs clear of team-mate Nico Rosberg.

Only something horrific should stop him now, surely?

Kimi Raikkonen is eyeing up fifth place and is within 1.5secs of Sergio Perez. It would be a decent way to celebrate a new Ferrari contract.

Germans love penalties, don't they?

Sebastian Vettel has been given a five-second penalty for forcing Felipe Massa wide.

He can take it at a pit-stop or add it to his race time. As it stands, he would drop from P9 to P11 with that penalty.

Kvyat and Button would be the two to benefit.
