Fifth-placed Daniel Ricciardo's engineer: "We need to make this set last until it's dry so important to look after these tyres."
Lap 13/52
Nico Hulkenberg is getting to grips, literally, with the track now.
Felipe Massa, ahead in P9, looks to be struggling, meanwhile.
Hulkenberg tries to go past at Copse and again at Stowe - but no dice.
Lap 12/52
Valtteri Bottas comes a cropper at Vale and can't turn into the left-hander. He goes a spinning across the track.
That sees him drop to P13, with Jenson Button right behind him now.

It's been a handful all year but in the wet, the Renault looks awful to drive.
Lap 11/52
"Something is wrong with the engine," Marcus Ericsson tells his Sauber team.
His car was rebuilt overnight - they may have missed a few screws.
Garside: How can you possibly drive a car at 170mph with that visibility?! Amazing.
Ce Ce: C'mon Lewis Hamilton this is your race to win.
Lap 10/52
The tightest section of the race is between seventh and 12th.
Carlos Sainz is at the front of the pack, with Sebastian Vettel at the rear. In the middle Nico Hulkenberg has a go at going past Felipe Massa, but the Williams holds on to P8.
Lap 10/52
Who has the gumption to push their car to the limits on this drying track then? Lewis Hamilton has extended his lead over Rosberg to almost five seconds.
Alex Withington: F1 needs a better way to handle these scenarios.
Stuart Morphet: F1 does its best to ruin the spectacle and try and bore the viewers to death. Again.
Jeremiah Kariuki: Lewis bolted away well! But Nico has Verstappen to deal with! He seems to be a good driver for the wet conditions.
Lap 8/52
The virtual safety car has gone and we race again. Sergio Perez did well out of that - he changed to inters and popped out in P4.
Lap 8/52
Hamilton takes the opportunity to come in for intermediates, as does Rosberg. That virtual safety car works out very well for them.
Lap 7/52
We have the first casualty of the intermediates. Pascal Wehrlein aquaplanes at Abbey and is in the gravel.
We have a virtual safety car.
Lap 7/52
Daniel Ricciardo is in and changes to intermediates - as he launches out of his pit place he almost cuts up Jenson Button!
We could have had three crashes in the pits already.

Vision is a bit of an issue because Nico Rosberg had to move to the inside of the pit straight to see anything.
Lap 6/52
Rosberg has immediately dropped way behind Hamilton and Verstappen is all over the back of the German.
Lap 6/52
The top four are sticking to the wet tyres for now. Ferrari and Williams come in.
Chaos in the pits as loads of cars come in for tyres - near misses everywhere. So much for safety, eh?
Lap 5/52
Let's race. Here we go - the British GP starts in earnest.
Who will change to intermediate tyres immediately?
Oh blimey - Lewis Hamilton almost hits the safety car.
Lap 5/52
The safety car will come in at the end of this lap - almost a tenth through the race...
