Haas tells Kevin Magnussen: "You are doing an excellent job."
Yes he is. P3. Stellar stuff from the Dane.
"I think the brakes are gone. Yeh they are gone" says a deflated Romain Grosjean...
Is his race over?

David: When will @LewisHamilton, external ever get penalised for dangerous driving? It's clear to everyone but the stewards!
RegularJon: Hamilton has to be one of the unluckiest drivers ever when it comes to car trouble
James Pearce: Correct decision with #Vettel, external but I have to admit I think the penalty is too lenient, @fia, external. Drive into a competitor - 10 seconds?!
I've been trying to give you the running order for about 10 laps now.
Lets's try now:
1 Ricciardo, 2 Stroll, 3 Magnussen, 4 Ocon, 5 Bottas, 6 Vettel, 7 Hamilton, 8 Alonso, 9 Sainz, 10 Grosjean
"A 10-second penalty for driving like that is not enough, you know that Charlie," Lewis Hamilton says in a message aimed at race director Charlie Whiting.
Vettel has taken his penalty and rejoins in seventh place, just ahead of Hamilton.
Vettel has been informed about his 10-second penalty.
"When did I do dangerous driving then?" he says, innocent as you like... "Can you give me the time I did dangerous driving?"
"We will speak about it afterwards, just keep your head down for now," comes the reply.
Of course the correct answer to that question was: "When you turned hard right into the side of a competitor."
Hamilton is back out in ninth place. He's behind team-mate Bottas.
That looked an incredibly unlikely scenario around 90 minutes ago.
He pits for the new headrest, just as Vettel is told he has to serve a penalty for driving into Hamilton.
Daniel Ricciardo is about to go into the lead of this race, followed by Lance Stroll.
Amazing.
"You have got to box this lap Lewis. Box this lap. We have to fix this head rest..."
"It still seems to be lifting. Just pull it down, knock it back with your head," his engineer says, before adding: "It looks like it can't go anywhere Lewis, so just keep going."
A message for the race director in there as well I think.
"Looks like the headrest is just a little bit loose at the back, see if you can put it back into place," Hamilton is told over the radio.
Easier said than done, I would suspect.
He's got a problem with the head protection in his cockpit.
It does not look to be secured properly. He could well be called in to the pits to get it sorted.
