Renault: "Okay Jo we need to box the car - we need to retire. Sorry."
Palmer: "Ugh.... "
He loses a place to Ricciardo but will get it back when the Red Bull comes in.
Hamilton's lead down to 3.4s.
Signs of an issue or taking a breather?
Matt C: Verstappen causes his own problems. It's not all down to bad luck I'm afraid. He's a hot head. Ricciardo is the better Red Bull driver
Stroll and Ocon have been more or less tethered together for this whole race and they are still battling.
Stroll gets a run on the Force India down the start-finish straight but can't get the pass done for P7.
This battle is going all the way to the flag.

Can I make a bold prediction. Daniel Ricciardo is running in fourth and is running quicker than Sebastian Vettel.
It's going to be close but I predict he will be challenging for the podium or thereabouts.
Ricciardo is 15 seconds behind the Ferrari with 13 laps to go.
So, Hamilton's lead is holding steady at around 4.5s back to Bottas.
Vettel is 23 seconds off the leader.
H(ero_arry 44: I love Alonso, keeps calling the stewards a joke. He's so angry, what a guy.
Red Bull: How quickly do you think you can progress through this traffic?
Max Verstappen: I don't think very quickly.
Vertstappen is down in 16th after that earlier clash with Massa.
Did I say Ocon was the leading car to have stopped?
Scratch that, because Raikkonen has just passed him to take P6.
It's been fairly unimpressive by the Finn so far. Can he kick on now?
A reminder that none of the top five have stopped as we reach half-distance. Ocon is the leading cars of those who have taken a pit stop.
Fernando Alonso is still furious - and we mean furious - about the five-second time penalty for Jolyon Palmer...
"What a joke! The five seconds - what a joke!"
Duji Guerrero: What really is Raikonnen doing in F1? He is in a competitive car and just offers no competition.
Steve Henderson: Max isn't having bad luck. He causes his own problems. Needs to calm down!
1 Hamilton, 2 Bottas, 3 Vettel, 4 Ricciardo, 5 Perez, 6 Ocon, 7 Raikkonen, 8 Stroll, 9 Massa, 10 Vandoorne

That soft tyre is very very robust around here because Ricciardo has managed to pull himself up all the way to sixth place.
