    That is a drastic failure for Daniel Ricciardo. It was all fine and then suddenly he lost drive and power.

    Verstappen complained about a lack of power when he got that puncture and that was when Ricciardo stopped so a bit of investigation for Red Bull.

    We have just seen from inside Daniel Ricciardo's car when he had to pull over. Everything just shuts down. Power gone. Nothing else he could have done.

    Lewis Hamilton is lapping very quickly, he is the fastest man on the track. He is on the soft tyre, the three in front are on the super-soft tyre and he is reeling them in.

    Hamilton has clean air and the Red Bulls are out of the way for him. It's a real blessing for him.

    We are still waiting to hear the official diagnosis to what went wrong with Daniel Ricciardo's Red Bull. He had been quickest on the first practice session on Friday, but that seems a long, long time ago now.

    What a start to this race.

    A quick reminder...

    • Bottas gets past Kimi Raikkonen up into second on the first corner
    • Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton collide, the incident causes a puncture to the Dutchman. He makes it back to the pits and gets back out there, but doesn't last long and has to pull out
    • Daniel Ricciardo's race is done, as he has to pull over by the side of the track
    • Lewis Hamilton moves past three cars in one move and is now fourth
    • Sebastian Vettel leads after a good start from pole
