Max Verstappen, apart from a side-by-side collision with Carlos Sainz, has had a pretty dull race. He started fifth, is still fifth, five seconds behind Bottas in fourth and 17 seconds clear of Nico Hulkenberg behind him.

Charles Leclerc's best finish in Formula 1 is the fifth he gained in Australia two weeks ago. Unless something goes dramatically wrong from here on in, he'll not only be celebrating his first podium, but his first win.

We're almost at the halfway point. Halfway to a life-changing day for Leclerc.

Vettel weaves on the outside, tries the inside, goes outside, then does Hamilton on the straight, on raw pace. Hamilton helpless to stop that one.

Vettel's closing in on Hamilton and it seems a matter of time before it's back to how we started with a Ferrari one-two and Leclerc leading and Vettel second. So, so, so much has happened since then though.

Hamilton has to do another pit stop - he's not leading the race right now, and it's difficult to see how he can win the race, or even hold second looking at where he's at now.

That message is basically saying you need to look after these tyres - you can't push hell for leather now. Magnussen is needing to go to the end of the race. If he can, the Ferraris must be aiming to do the same but it's a long way to go.
