We're back. Vettel goes out, and aborts his lap as he locks up and goes off the track.
Charles Leclerc is top of the board currently.
What's happened to Daniel Ricciardo (since this time last year, not as a child...) he came into Baku last year on a high from a victory in China, but a brutal collision between Ricciardo and his team-mate Max Verstappen wrote off both of their races, after his win in Monaco his season slowly went downhill, and he subsequently left the team.
What do you think - was his move to Renault a strong one for the greater good, or has he gone from Red Bull hero to Renault zero?

Usually in FP2, you don't see that many cars out on track.
Now though, the run plan has gone out of the window.
The Racing Point driver locked up going into the corner, tried to make the run off area, but scraped past the wall on the way causing some damage to his car.

Bottas just caught the outside front coming into the corner.
The thing that surprised me was he spun-turned that car around being so close to the wall.
We all know that when you spin-turn a car, the rear comes around.
Ahh, he actually did hit the wall with his rear left tyre, so that's an interesting one.
Mercedes may have to pit now for potential vibration now.
As well as Antonio Giovinazzi at Turn Two and Daniel Ricciardo at Turn 16.

Karen Waddy: Although the incident with the manhole cover is totally unacceptable, at the end of the day it's far easier to fix a broken car than a broken driver. So glad this wasn't as bad as it could've been.
Alex Brown: Have to wonder why we don't have spare cars anymore, when teams bring all of the parts to build one anyway.
The Holy Beever: As it was clearly an issue with the track do the fia allow Williams to break certain rules and no penalties?
JS: #Russell phone rings *UNKNOWN NUMBER* Hello sir, I understand you have been involved in an accident that wasn't your fault...
Claire Williams, the deputy team prinicpal of Williams, says: "It potentially could've been worse than it was. The drain cover could've done a whole lot more damage and George is ok - which is the main thing.
"Unfortunately its clearly done a huge amount of damage to our car, it's destroyed our floor and cracked our chassis.
"I can't out a number on the cost of repairs yet, but it's in the hundreds of thousands and we've just got back on our feet after not getting to testing on time, and this has happened when we were just starting to get our upgrades pushed through manufacturing.
"We're talking to the FIA about it - you can't anticipate things like this, but something needs to be done."

Hard - C2
Medium - C3
Red soft - C4
Well, George Russell will sit this session out while his car is being repaired. FIA rules declare he won't be able to go out until FP3 tomorrow, after the damage sustained to his car.

Our commentary team of former racing drivers Jolyon Palmer and Max Chilton, alongside F1 journalists Jennie Gow and Andrew Benson will all be on air on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra from 13:55 BST, hopefully for a longer broadcast.

Alfa Romeo's Antonio Giovinazzi has become the first driver in 2019 to take an engine-related grid penalty.
The Italian will drop 10 places on the grid for Sunday's Azerbaijan Grand Prix after his team fitted a new control electronics box to his car.
It is Giovinazzi's third electronics change in four races and drivers are allowed two before being penalised.
The incident highlights a weakness in Ferrari's electronics system, which has already cost the team a win this year.
Ferrari's Charles Leclerc was on his way to a dominant maiden victory in the Bahrain Grand Prix when he was hit by a loss of power, which was later traced to a short circuit in the electronics.
And we can confirm it will start on time at 14:00 BST.
While you were gone, once the track was cleared up, it was F2's qualifying session and another incident happened... Sean Gelael stopped on track with a problem with his brakes, and promptly ran over two marshals.

We'll leave it here for now then. FP1 was red flagged and then cancelled just a few minutes in, and Williams have some work to do to get the car in a drivable state.
Andrew Benson has the details in his report.
See you soon.
