Finally we were able to tell the story of Charles Leclerc winning a race, although it was under a cloud which nobody could have predicted or wished for.
He's had three pole positions in his first year at Ferrari, and it was one of few times that fans were desperate for the pole sitter to win the race.
Leclerc was close in Bahrain until his power unit gave up in the closing stages of the race, allowing Lewis Hamilton to breeze past and inherit the victory, a move which has been successful for Hamilton in quite a few races this year.
