Where will the excitement come from? #bbcf1

Daniel Eckersley: Lads you might be on a street circuit but I am struggling to stay alert right now.

Rob Hill: What's happening in the middle order really makes the lack of ambition to overtake at the front all the more embarrassing.

David Jarvis: Feels like a slow burner this one. At least I hope it is. Riccardo the only source of any excitement so far.

Amit Mandalia: Soft tyre runners trying to make sure they have a gap to pit so have to manage pace, but midfield on mediums/hards so unlikely to pit early so that’s causing first phase of this race to feel a bit stagnated.

No change in the top six, but loads of action behind them. Kimi Raikkonen gets ahead of Robert Kubica after the Finn had locked up in an earlier attempt. Daniel Ricciardo is now one place from the points. Well played sir, well played.

We're now getting into a game of chicken of who is going to blink first... and pit first.

Chris Lord: If it weren’t for Ricciardo feel we have gone back to the French GP. Zzzz

Don't mention the French GP, Chris. Let's all pretend that one didn't happen.

The drama is still to come.

I'm not sure I'm seeing much evidence of that [Grosjean engineer's claim the drivers at the front are struggling], there's no radio to that effect.

    Leclerc leads from Hamilton #bbcf1

SeriousFace: This has started like what is an increasingly Lewis Hamilton-style race. The second quickest car, but manages to stay in the dirty air of the faster race-leader, and despite being in the dirty air, gradually wearing him down.
